It wasn't hard for you to get really into your character when you were on set. Your character, Mel, was Dean's love interest, meaning you and your boyfriend spent every waking minute together. Usually, days on set would be filled with laughs, hugs, and kisses, but today was going to be extremely tough. Mel and Dean were in a little bit of a predicament, meaning you and Jensen needed to fight. By fight, you had to throw punches, throw objects, and yell. You knew that it was going to be hard to do because your and Jensen's fights were explosive, scarce but dangerous.

The day was here. The most dreadful moment of your entire career was about to unfold right before your eyes. Jensen gave you a kiss before walking off to get his hair and makeup done, and you headed to the costuming, trying to eat up as much time as possible. You were dressed in a simple flannel and jeans with work boots when you went to get your hair and makeup done. You passed Jensen as he was on his way to costuming. He stopped you, evidently sensing  your nervousness. He brought you into a hug, kissing the top of your head and rubbing your back.

"No matter what happens today, how terrible it gets, I will always love you, (Y/N). Remember that." You nodded as you pulled away, looking up at him and smiling. He smiled back, kissing your lips and heading to get on Dean's wardrobe. You had a new sense of relief as you walked towards and into the makeup trailer, it sinking when you heard what they were talking about.

"Their relationship is going to crumble from this. I know Jensen said it wouldn't but come o-" The makeup lady stopped short of her sentence when she noticed you had walked on. She put on a fake smile, patting the chair that was sat in front of her. "Come sit, dear. You have to be on set soon." You complied, sitting down in the chair and letting her rub makeup all over your face, so that it would look like you had gotten a nasty gash and a few bruises from a hunt gone wrong. The hair lady straightened your hair to make sure it didn't get too frizzy, adding hair spray for extra support. You left shortly after, still upset about what your heard them saying. The director had warned you before hand that you would be doing the fight in the morning, since it was a rather long scene, and you had the strong desire to work extremely slowly to set. As you walked in, you noticed that Jensen and Jared were shooting a heartfelt scene and you kept quiet. Misha heard the muffled click of the door and he smiled at you. You smiled back, trying desperately to hide the fact that your heart was beating fast, probably so fast that it was unhealthy.

"CUT," the director yelled as Jared walked off set towards you. He nudged your shoulder before shooting you a sympathetic smile and nodding towards set. Here it goes. You walked towards Jensen, noticing the smile on his face as he saw you. You smiled back and went to stand on your mark, clenching and unclenching your fists out of pure nervousness. Jensen noticed and he grabbed one of your hands.

"Babe, we're gonna be okay," he reassured you as he slid his hand back to his side of the table. You nodded, looking at the table as you tried to retrieve your lines from your jumbled mess of a brain.

"You guys set?" You and Jensen nodded, looking at one another reassuringly. "Alright then, we're gonna go in 3, 2, 1, ACTION." As soon as they called "action", Jensen slammed his hands on the table, a new angry look on his face. He gestured toward the fake injuries on you and scowled.

"How many goddamn times do I have to tell you that you can't go on hunts by yourself," he yelled as you crossed your arms and rolled your eyes.

"Dean, I am perfectly capable of going by myself. I was raised in the business, just like you and Sam were. There's no reason for you to worry about me," you said as you attempted to to get up but Jensen grabbed your hand forcefully, making you stay put.

"Sit your ass down. I'm not done," Jensen said with gritted teeth and furrowed brows. You could sense the fear bubbling in your stomach, however you kept the scene going. You pulled your hand away from his, scowling at him.

"You're not the boss of me. I can do whatever the hell I want," you spoke angrily, your voice progressively getting louder. "You don't dictate what I do or what I wear or-or what hunts I go on or-" He cut you off, yelling at top volume.

"I'm only doing that for your safety, Mel!" Jensen yelled loudly, his face became bright red. He got up from his chair, crashing it hard against the wooden table, making you jump. "Sorry, if all I want is my girlfriend safe!"

"I was safe! Y-you knew where I was and it wasn't like I went to a different state, you jackass!" You threw the box of bandages you had in your hand at Jensen and hit him square in the face. He was so angry that you couldn't tell if he was just acting or if he was actually going to punch something. Jensen slammed his fist on the table again.

"Dammit, Mel! The only reason I knew where the hell you were was because you left a note. A goddamn note! I don't care that you weren't in a different state either. You still left without telling us." Jensen ran his hand down his face and spoke with a much softer voice. "I don't want to see you die, too. God, that's my worst nightmare."

"I get that, believe me I do, but that doesn't give you the right to yell at me because I saved people. I didn't break anything. I got a couple bruises and cuts, yeah, but I didn't bleed out." You crossed your arms making your way towards your "room" but were stopped by a hand on your wrist. Jensen's grip was even tighter than before, making you cry out in pain as he spun you around. You were face to face with your worst nightmare, a legitimately angry Jensen. His hot breath fanned your face as you fought back tears, not wanting to cry on camera. Suddenly, you remembered you had another line. "Whattcha gonna do, Winchester? You gonna hit me?" You teased him as his grip tightened.

"I would never hurt you, so don't be a bitch and tease me like I would." You shrugged, looking into his eyes and noticing the tears threatening to fall from his eyes.

"If you would never hurt me, why are you grabbing my wrist so goddamn hard," you improved as his eyes widened slightly, noticing what he was doing. He let go, watching you as you walked off, fighting back tears until the moment you heard "cut." You broke down then and there, sitting on the concrete floor of the studio, crying int your hands. You felt a warm hand on your shoulder and then someone engulf you in a hug. You knew it was Jensen, so you hugged back, crying hard into his shoulder. His hand rubbed up and down your back as you heard him shushing you soothingly, attempting to make you feel the slightest bit better. When you looked into his eyes, you saw how sad he was.

"I'm sorry babe. Is your wrist okay? I know I hurt you pretty bad out there," Jensen whispered as you shook your head.

"It's alright, J. How's your face? I hit you pretty hard with that bandage box," you said trying to lighten the mood. He smiled looking down and running his thumbs over your hands. "I love you." Jensen looked up into your eyes, a cute smile on his face.

"I love you, too, princess. Let's go relax or somethin'. Kripke said that shot was good." You nodded, letting him help you up and gently placing his hand in yours and kissing your forehead before leading you out into the lot and to his trailer.
