~Too Much Christmas (Lucifer×Reader)

   Plot: You wanted to decorate for Christmas and Lucifer reluctantly allows you to.

6th Day of Christmas

You sat alone and read your book. This wasn't the way you were hoping to spend your holidays. This was the first time you had ever spent the holidays lone. You were supposed to be spending them with your boyfriend, Lucifer, but he had other plans. Since plans weren't arranged on your end, you stayed at the house alone.

"(Y/N), dear, I'm home," yelled Lucifer. You dropped your book and ran to the door quickly. He chuckled when he saw the smile on your face and wrapped you in a hug. "So, what'd you do while I was gone?"

You shrugged, snuggling into his side. "I read my book, ate some food, and contemplated decorating for Christmas. Why are you home early anyway?"

"I was told you were alone and the Winchesters didn't come to greet you. So I decided to come back..." He trailed off, rubbing the back of his neck. You faked being surprised and playfully smacked his shoulder.

"Did the Devil himself miss someone? I didn't know he had feelings."

"Well he does. He feels like he should help his girlfriend put up decorations to get out of this sappy conversation." Luci kissed your cheek and left to get the decorations from the attic. You had strung lights on your fireplace and put mini figurines around your house. The tree hadn't been decorated until Luci snapped his fingers, automatically stringing it with lights and hanging ornaments. You smiled as he scoffed a bit.

"My God. It looks like Christmas threw up in our living room. It's too much."

"Actually...I don't think it's enough," you teased as you kissed his cheek.
