Dean: Whenever you wake up in the middle of the night from a nightmare, Dean would be woken up. He'll groan out of frustration, but you will pull you closer to him.
"It's okay, kid. I'm here it's okay," he repeats a dozen times in a groggy voice. You smile knowing that he'll always protect you.
Sam: Most of the time, you're usually in bed by yourself while Sam does research for a case. Nightmares for you are very scarce, happening once or twice a month. You usually walk down to see Sam sitting in the library.
"Nightmare?" You nod, yawning. You sit down in Sam's lap snuggling into him and falling asleep peacefully.
Cas: Cas didn't understand nightmares, so the first time you had one, he panicked.
"(Y/N), what's wrong? Are you okay? Why'd you wake up so suddenly?" You shushed him with tears in your eyes and snuggled closer.
"It's a nightmare. It scares people so they need someone to love them so they're not scared anymore."
"Well, I love you so now you're not scared. That's how it works, right?" You smiled, wiping tears from your eyes and giggling.
