You two were a secret. An archangel dating a demon? That was one hell of a mess. Time and time again you've told Gabriel he could leave, but he didn't want to. You knew that he was in kahoots with hunters, but you didn't know which ones. Lately, you had the Winchesters on your tail and you were doing your best to avoid them.

"Gabe, I need you here right now. And I swear to God if I don't see yo-"

"Hey, dear. What do you need?" Gabriel wrapped his arm around you and kissed your forehead. You leaned into the kiss and told him the whole story.

"The Winchesters are after me because I was in the wrong place at the wrong time and they think that I killed a family when really another demon did and I -" He shushed you and sat you down on the curb beside your car.

"Slow down, sweetheart. The Winchesters? They won't do you no harm." You looked at him as if he was crazy.

"Gabriel, they've killed more demons and angels than any other hunter in the past 6 years. They've killed Azazel, they've killed Lilith, and I bet you they're gonna kill you and I at some point. My death is probably gonna be a lot sooner than yours." You breathed heavily and ran your hand through your hair.

"Yeah, but they've also fucked up shit, too. They've released my brother from the cage, for starters. That's their biggest fuck up," Gabriel said in a matter-of-fact tone. You nodded still skeptical of your boyfriend standing up for them. Suddenly you heard the shrieking of tires and the unmistakable sound of the Impala. You tried to get up and run away, but Gabe told you to stay there.

"Hey, guys. How are you doin'?" Gabriel attempted to make small talk with the boys.

"Cut the small talk, Gabe. Where's the demon?" That was Dean and he sounded angry. You didn't like when the oldest Winchester mad because that usually meant he felt like killing something. You could hear footsteps walking slowly towards your car. You were sat on the curb directly next to it, hidden behind it. That has to be Sam. Wait, is Sam the nice one? Let's hope Sam is the nice one.

"Dean, you're a little too late. I already took care of her. Sh-"

"Someone else is here with him. This isn't his car and who would just leave their car abandoned? Gabe, don't lie to us." Sam's tone was serious and gentle, no yelling or anything involved. You had to make matters into your own hands. You stood up and silently walked to the other side of the car, standing next to Gabriel. Both Sam and Dean raised their guns, but your boyfriend waved them off.

"She didn't hurt anyone! Why are you chasing her?" Gabriel was starting to get pissed off and ran his hands through his hair. "Why the fuck would my girlfriend kill someone?!" That sentence made you, Sam, and Dean stop. Dean stared at you two in disbelief. Sam looked as if he couldn't muster up words to describe how he was feeling. Eventually, the shorter brother spoke.

"Isn't that against, like, everything? You're not supposed to do that, right?" Dean was confused and looked a bit upset that he didn't get to shoot anything. You shrugged and looked at Gabe.

"As long as his brothers don't find out somehow, I'm sure we'll be fine," you said grabbing his hand, still shaking from your nervousness of being in front of hunters. Dean nodded and looked at Sam gesturing for him to follow him to the car. Before they got back in, Dean turned to look at you.

"If I see you near any murder cites again, you're dead. You got it?" You took a deep breath and nodded before smiling. Dean gave you a small smile back and climbed into the driver's seat, taking off in a flash.
