4th Day of Christmas
(I decide to try something different since I couldn't think of anything and have had major writer's block. Here y'all go. Sorry it's been days 💖💖 - Emma)
Plot: You took a little walk with your boyfriend to watch the snow and couldn't be happier.
You walked through the neighborhood with him and took in the beautiful houses decorated with inflatables. Lights were strung on rooftops and the snow was glittery on the ground from the reflections. Smiling, you gripped his hand a little tighter and looked up into his eyes.
The snow crunched underneath your feet as you continued your stroll. You saw frozen puddles and instantly had the urge to place your boot on them to crack the flimsy ice. Letting go of his hand, you ran over to do so. The silence of the night was broken by the crack of the ice. He walked up behind you, wrapping his arm around your shoulders.
"You're still a little kid, aren't you?" He whispered into your ear and started to poke at the ice, too. When his foot poked through the ice, you laughed at the even louder crackly sound. Suddenly, your shoe and sock were soaked though with freezing cold water. You started laughing even more, but then the cold got to you and your foot was numb. However, you didn't care because you were with him.
