As happy parents, the four of you watched your daughters hug before saying a final goodbye.

You, Loki and Abigail watched them leave and walk away. "How was it?" You asked. "Amazing! Willow really liked my room, she said her favourite was the toy box full of my toys!" Abigail smiled proudly at you and giggled, running to the lift before yourself and Loki.

Loki took a deep breath, "That was longer than expected." You hummed, looking at the clock as you passed by; 5:47 pm.

When you all got back up, Abigail wanted to see what Tony was up to and ran to find him while you and Loki sat together in your bedroom. "Do you want to tell her when she comes back?" You asked. He nodded, "We have to, we can't leave it - or lie." You nodded, with a hum, in response.

After you both spoke about it for a while, you went to find Abigail to bring her back and talk to her about it. You walked towards Tony's workshop (you called it) with furrowed brows. You could hear faint arguing the closer you got. You sighed opening the door, finding Steve and Tony at eachothers throats again.

"Hello mum!" Abigail said loudly, waving at you from on top of Tony's shoulders. The two stopped squabbling and turned to you. "What are you arguing about?" You asked, slightly unimpressed. "It's dangerous for Abigail to be on his shoulders!" Steve told you. "I'm not going to drop her," Tony said, lips straightened out, also unimpressed. You shook your head, "Abigail was fine, she's not fallen, you're just paranoid Steve."

Steve felt his eye bags pull as he smiled weakly to you, "Just worried." "I know, and thank you, but it was alright. Occasionally, I find Loki doing the same in our room." "He's like an aeroplane!" Abigail squealed excitedly at the thought. You hummed a laugh before looking back to them, "I really wish you'd both fight a little less." Steve nodded. "I'll try, sure," Tony answered. You smiled to them, "thank you."

You held Abigail's hand and walked back to your room and Loki. "Where are we going?" She asked. "To mummy and daddy's room." "Why?" "We need to tell you something, remember?" "Oh! Yes!" Abigail then ran ahead, dragging you with her.

"I told you," Tony said, strolling back over to his work. "Be quiet," Steve murmured in return. "5 years went by, you should have done something about it then, there's no point in crying about it now," Tony sighed. "While she still silently mourned over the loss of-?" Steve asked, eyes squinted, with his eyebrows furrowed, "I had no chance anyway." Steve marched away, head down, hands in fists and bruises in his heart. Tony turned and watched him leave, eyebrows raised. "Was that me?" He asked, pointing to himself. Shrugging, he paused to wonder about it then carried on working.

"You're lying right?" Abigail asked, looking at you. You shook your head. "Dad, is it true?" Loki nodded to her question. "You're so old..." She muttered, "Will I get that old?" "And older," You told her. "Oh..." "But we learnt that very few people live until 100!" "Abi, we're not from Earth," Loki said, "We're from another place. One called Asgard." "Is it far away?" She asked. "Far away in space." "Can I visit?" "It got destroyed a long time ago," Loki explained. "Before I was born?" He nodded. "So, is Uncle Thor from there too?" She wondered. Loki nodded again. "And Tony and Steve and everyone else?" "No, only me, mummy and Uncle Thor." "Oh..." she fell silent for a moment, thinking, "I wish I could go there." Abigail frowned, disappointed that she couldn't go. "I'm sorry," Loki cuddled her. "It's okay! I still like this place!" She giggled, taking the whole situation surprisingly well.

"Can I tell Willow?" She asked moments later. "No, not everyone knows, this is our secret, okay?" You replied. "okay," She smiled.
