As you overheard the two talking, you remembered what you could do and grinned to yourself for a second before stopping since it hurt to smile. What they did over the night was hard, you were weak but still strong enough to carry this out.

Loki couldn't sleep all night, but had enough energy for you. He rushed into the livingroom and waited for everyone to get there as soon as possible, he wanted to leave now. As soon as they did, they left; Loki not giving Rogers a chance to go over the plan briefly before leaving, making him do it on the way to the building. "This is it." Stark said, and immediately everyone got going.

You closed your eyes, listening and counting. After a few minutes had passed, you changed into the short man (changing to make it seem as if his face had bruises) and called out for help. You yelled for help a few times before she came running, a gun readied in her hand.

Loki's heart raced, he felt his blood pumping through him; for all he knew, you could be dying in this moment. He couldn't loose you. He ran through rooms, looking for any hidden ways to get around. He swallowed hard as he had a few hot and cold flashes across his body. Wiping his face, he pushed back his hair and kept himself hidden.

She cut the ropes in a hurry, demanding to know what happened. You pretended to panic, "I decided to...um, talk before I left and she got out, I-, not sure how...but..." While the woman turned to scan the area, you got rid of the illusion and readied your fists. "But what?" She asked angrily, turning wide eyed. For a moment, her face fell in shock but she soon held up her gun to you. "What did you do with him?!" She growled. "Nothing." You leaped forward, making her rush back, to the side, and tried to scare you with a purposefully missed gunshot. You watched as she tried, not to kill you, but to hurt you. She grinned as she shot your forearm. You let out a pained groan; letting out an Asgardian swear at the same time. You held it for a second before jumping to her and hitting her head against the solid pole. Although you both heard a crack, you knew she wasn't going to stop with that. You couldn't kill her, she was needed by Lori and her team. As her head bounced back from the pole, you grabbed her ponytail and used it to guide her face into the pole repeatedly. You watched as the blood got everywhere and she was eventually unconscious; barely breathing.

Loki made copies of himself, letting him search a bit quicker. He went to the scene where you had gone missing; going off of a description Rogers and Stark had given yesterday. As he tried to recreate a few ways it could have happened, he noticed a small — very small — opening. Pulling it back, his eyes widened in hope, and he rushed through to the other side. He heard faint banging and his heart leapt in fear as his breath got caught in his throat. After having a second to figure out what had just happened, he ran to towards the noise that had just stopped.

You sat on the floor, one knee up, holding your forearm tightly. You bit your lip tightly, you couldn't even bring a bit of cloth since your arm was so weak. A small tear escaped your eye; nothing else, as blood ran through your fingers. You took deep breaths- suddenly snapping your neck as you heard running.

His knees fell weak, he couldn't keep count of the many emotions he'd gone through now or the many feelings he had got. He ran to you, hurrying to your side as you tried to get up; failing.

"Loki?" You barely croaked out; shock and relief taking over. He didn't know what to do, he panicked seeing you bleed. He bought up some cloth and wrapped it around your forearm tightly, hugging you quickly soon after. He told you how much he worried, how much he was glad you were alive. As you held your arm, you buried your bruised face and body into him.

Pulling back, he looked at you, pushing back the hair from your face with his shakey hands. They rested on your cheeks, being mindful that they hurt, and he kissed your face gently; everywhere: forehead, nose, lips, etc.

After moments of sitting with eachother, you turned to him. "Loki, these are the children." You turned to face all the kids behind. "We need to help them now. There's a short man coming back soon too, her helper... or something." He nodded and told you to keep put. He sent a copy of himself to the others so they could follow it to you both as he started untying the children; taking the tape off of their mouths.

It wasn't long before Stark, Rogers and the search team got there. The search team helped Loki as Stark and Rogers approached you, asking you if you were okay and what had happened.

Then, in the corner of your eye, you saw him. "Hey!" You yelled, "That is him!" Staring passed Stark and Rogers. Loki was the only one to pounce at him (the others knowing that if they got in his way they were sure to be hissed at), beating him without mercy. He knew he couldn't kill him, he was told by Rogers yesterday, but he made him pay without going as far as he wanted to; that would have been bad. Loki dragged his limp body next to the womans.

As soon as the children were all freed, you all started to leave the building. Loki, and two of the search team, took you to the house as Stark, Rogers, the rest of the search team, and the children went to Lori's station.
