Chapter 70 // A Little Bit Of A Huge Panic

"So, she really liked it, huh?" Banner asked, smiling to Loki in his lab. "Very much so," He sighed, telling him how happy you looked there which made his cheeks flush a rose pink. "I never thought that I would hear anything like this from you, Loki," He admitted. Loki smiled, "I also want to thank you greatly, I wouldn't have been able to think of all this that quickly by myself." Banner chuckled, "Oh, you're welcome."

A moment passed and Loki was now going through the days, explaining how it went. "Y/N was so excited seeing the orangutans, it made it hard to tell her that we had to leave," He admitted, "Unfortunately, however, our driver had forgotten and we waited for approximately 1 hour and 55 minutes." "Oh-" Loki hummed, "Rather irritating, but we managed to spend our time without getting bored." Banner then asked what the two of you did. "We spoke for moments by ourselves, but also some people who lived there and were passing by." "How about after? You both surely had enough time to do something else."

Loki cleared his throat suddenly, cheeks turning a bright red, "Just... we, finally, reached our new room. It was about 20 minutes away." Banner didn't reply. "You didn't—... you did?!" "Did," He hesitated, "what?" "Uh, you know— you know what I mean, Loki." "I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about," Loki said, chuckling.

Banner covered his mouth with his hand, and he leant towards Loki, whispering as if someone was with them, "Did you use, you know, protection?" "P—... Pardon me?" Loki blinked for a moment and looked at Banner with an eyebrow furrowed. Banner nodded, then looked to the side for a second, "Like... a condom?" Loki stared blankly. Banner sighed, "You put it over your... thing; it helps to stop pregnancies?!" "That—"

Loki choked. Coughing for a few moments, Banner panicked. "I'm freaking out..." After Loki settled down, he calmed down Banner and he spoke again, "We need to test her—" "You are not doing any tests on her!" "It's not on her, we need to see if she's pregnant or not! Did neither of you remember this?!"

"Oh my god—" Someone suddenly spoke. Loki snapped his neck backwards to the sound, "Oh." "Natasha—?  Natasha, could you go talk to Y/N?" "It's been two days since you came back and you're only realising now?" Natasha asked, shocked, "But of course." She mumbled to herself in shock as she left to find you.

As soon as she found you, she screamed, "Why are you up there?!" There wasn't a way to get you to come down since she couldn't call the new suit, so Natasha waited impatiently for you and Tony to land.

"This is amazing!" You cried out in the suit and you soon heard Tony laughing at your excitement. The two of you flew through the air, but not too high up. You did turns and flips as you looked down to the buildings. You saw Natasha waiting, looking up. "Tony, I think Natasha may be waiting for one of us." "What do you mean?" You pointed to her, "Look." "Oh— alright then, let's get down there."

Natasha watched as the two of you finally came down; her panic began to settle slightly. As she rushed you to get out of the suit — Tony helped you — and she took your hand to speak to you quietly.

"We need to get you tested," She told you bluntly. "For—?" "For being pregnant." You coughed, choking at the sudden announcement. "Come on," She said, taking you away.
