Walking out of the last building, you put a hand on your waist — pushing your arm back to stretch it slightly. Muttering a Midgardian swear, you looked up to the towering building you first went into. The unsettling atmosphere, it had created around itself, made you walk quickly passed it. Elongating your neck for a moment, you felt invisible eyes on your back as you turned the corner to get away from it; going back to the guys at the house.

Meanwhile, back at the tower, Clint and Natasha were talking at the kitchen table. Natasha gave him a doubtful look, but quickly turned hearing footsteps behind her. "Thor?" "Hello Natasha, Clint, have you seen my brother?" "No. Why?" She asked, eyes slightly squinted, "Is he not in his room?" "No, he is not. I can't find him anywhere." Thor explained lightly. "Did you try Banner's lab?" Clint asked. Thor looked to him, "No, but Loki would not go there unless he had to." "He always wants to be alone, unless Y/N is with him, so maybe he is." Clint said, making Thor nod. Thor thanked them both and left for the lab.

Loki was sitting in the corner, reading a book, while Banner awkwardly ran around the room — doing his work. Although Loki was uncomfortable, since he had buried him into the ground before, he pushed it aside and sat there; it was the only way he could be left alone- well, the closest he could get to being alone.

Loki shut his eyes, sighing deeply, as Thor walked in; almost yelling his name. "I have been looking everywhere for you!" Thor said, walking up to him. "I'm terribly sorry." Loki said, bluntly, looking up from his book. Looking passed Thor, Loki stared at Banner. "I thought you said no one comes in here." "Not usually," He replied while shruggingly slightly.

"What could you possibly want now?" Loki asked, looking back to Thor, as he stood up. "I was worried about you! Have you eaten?" Thor held onto the sides of Loki's arms, firmly. "No, be-" "Let's eat then!" Thor said, trying to lead Loki to out of the room. Loki stared back at Thor with a straight face, unimpressed. Pushing down his hands, Loki carried on with his sentence, "No, because I'm not hungry."

When you had finally reached the guys, you started to explain what you saw last. "Maybe we should have a look at that building then." "All of us?" You asked and Rogers nodded.

"Thor!" Loki said sternly, "I am old enough to feed myself when I need to." Thor looked down to his attempt of making Midgardian food, suddenly being secretly disheartened. Loki, tightening his grip on his book, turned and left to go to his room. Thor pulled one corner of his lips down, humming a sigh a slightly sad tone.

Putting his book down, neatly on the side, he sat on the edge of his bed. Shoulders slumped, he leant forward and propped his elbows on his knees. Resting his head in his hands, he couldn't shake this horrible feeling he had. It had been two(-ish) days and one night. He, already, felt like something was going to go wrong. He assumed he was just being annoyingly attached to you, trying to shrug it off as easily as he could display.
