You woke up, face buried into his covers. Taking a deep breath in, you smile while breathing out.

"What are you doing?" You heard, eyes ripping open and shooting to the voice; lifting your head slightly. You dropped your head back down, seeing Loki. "Sleeping..." "Really? I thought you were smelling my bed, Y/N." He said, with a smirk in his tone. You laughed silently. "Well," You started, slowly sitting up, "You do keep it smelling nice." "Was that a compliment or were you just being, what these Midgardians call, 'weird'?" "You are learning, I see." Dragging yourself off the bed, you lazily tugged the covers to cover half of the bed.

"You never did like setting the bed nicely." He laughed, walking over and doing it for you. "You make it sound as if we are an old married couple." You smiled to yourself. "Maybe we are." You snapped your head back, eyes completely open. "We are married?" Your face flushed immediately, assuming you forgot something. Loki looked to you, eyes a little wide and eyebrows raised. Silent for a second, you both kept eye contact. "You took me too literally, Y/N. I am shocked." You huffed silently, soon laughing, "Sorry."

Awkward, you mentally slapped yourself and went to go to your room. Accidentally, you forgot to open the door, eyes closed, and ran straight into it. "Be careful." He rushed, a little, over to you and opened his door for you. You hummed, but thanked him with a smile, and walked out.

After an hour, you made your way into the livingroom and sat on the sofa with your legs crossed and eyes closed; smiling. "Why are you all... you know, like that?" Stark asked, sitting by you. You chuckled, opening your eyes. "I feel really good today." "I can tell," He replied, looking funnily uncomfortable. "Anyway," He started, "Not going to eat anything?" You hummed. "I should, shouldn't I?" After thinking for a moment, you got up and poured yourself a little bit of cereal; considering you weren't exactly hungry.

You stood quietly, looking out of the window, while you ate. Minding your own business, you watched cars go by. You just lost yourself in thought, when someone approached you. You turned your head.

"Hello Natasha," You smiled, looking back outside. "Hi Y/N." She just stood by you for a while, arms crossed. As soon as you were done, she turned and started speaking.

Meanwhile, Loki was looking into a mirror and staring at himself deeply. He thought about what a casual Midgardian person would wear. Clenching his jaw, he tried shrugging it off and decided to look through the window. He scanned the streets to see what people were wearing. Humming, his eyes followed a relaxed mid-twenties man. "I see..." He told himself, out loud.

He quickly changed his outfit into a pair of black joggers with a half loose and half fitting deep emerald green top. He changed his shoes into plain black trainers and his hair was tied up. Then, he walked over to his bedside drawer and took out that watch; putting it on.

He walked over to the mirror and stared at himself deeply again. Furrowing his eyebrows, he thought about how he looked. He then headed for his door, assuming it looked decent, but stopped immediately before turning the door handle. Putting his hands behind his back, he shook his head; suddenly disagreeing with what he chose.

Opening the door, without knocking, you opened your eyes (from blinking) to a Loki in Midgardian clothing. His facial expression, through his eyes, made it seem as if he were just caught doing something he shouldn't have. A huge grin appeared on your face, "Loki, you look great!" Walking further into his room, you shut the door behind you and scanned his whole outfit.

"You did this yourself?" He nodded, "-Well, I did get some inspiration." "Why were you just standing? You should have come out." You told him, happily. "Do you honestly think that it looks okay?" He asked, seemingly unsure. "Yes, of course. Does it look like I'm lying to you Loki?"

He grinned, suddenly moving closer in one step, he held your chin with his index finger and thumb. Staring deep into your eyes, they widened while he just grinned. His face got so close to yours, that when he moved away with a small laugh, you felt the puff of air that escaped his precious lips.

"Seems as if you are telling the truth, but your cheeks are awfully red." You huffed and blinked dozens of times, gulping. "You know I am shy when people are so close to me, like that, yet you still do it." You avoided eye contact with him. Walking passed you, he grabbed your hand, and laughed, almost out of the door and leading you away, he spoke. "You are truely too precious for any realm, Y/N." Even though he couldn't see it, while he lead you away from his room, you smiled.

Before you both reached the livingroom, he slowly let go of your hand and slowed his pace so that you were both side by side. "Ah- oh." Rogers said aloud, seeing Loki's change of clothes. He nodded firmly. "Reindeer games? Is that you? Nice." Stark said, before he left the room to go to the lab again. You sighed. "It is Loki, not 'Reindeer games'!" You yelled after him. "Whatever..." You heard him reply in a faded yell. You smiled at the way he said it, and turned back to the others.

Then Thor walked in. "Hello- Loki?" He stared, wide eyed, at him, then to you. You shook your head slowly, realising what was about to happen. "Y/N, you changed Loki's clothes?! Brother, what have you been doing with Y/N?" He asked. You mentally curled into a ball and cried, out of awkwardness. Your mind was now plagued with the thought of you undressing, then redressing, Loki and you could feel your cheeks begin to burn.

While you were standing there, burning from your own thoughts, Loki spoke. "That is not what happened." "Are you sure? Y/N seems to have a very red face now." You saw Loki turn to you in the corner of your eye, but you couldn't look at him. Not now, not after what Thor had made you think of.

"Thor, stop. She is very uncomfortable, thanks to you." He said firmly, and loudly. Thor stopped chuckling, and stared shockingly at Loki - as did Natasha, Rogers and Clint. "Whoa, calm down there." Clint, finally, spoke. It was even enough to pull you out of the awkwardness for a split second and look at him. You saw him glare over to Clint for a second, then back over to Thor. "Please." He added. Awkwardness now back, you rubbed the top of the back of your neck and looked to the ground.
