Walking through the familiar missing doors, you led the way into the rooms — that same order you went in before.
"Look at this," You headed to one side of a room, looking over your shoulder for a moment to make sure the two were still following you. "What is that?" Rogers asked, standing between you and Stark as the three of you looked down. "I do not know..." You muttered.
"An arm?" Stark said, with a hint of doubt. "That?" Rogers looked to him with an eyebrow arched. As Stark nodded, he picked if up — off the floor — and showed you both. Tracing his finger along it, he pointed to: the elbow, forearm, wrist and lonely thumb. "It must have been here for a long time..." You said, looking at the oddly coloured state of it. As Rogers nodded, Stark threw it back onto the ground and lead the two of you out in a line — with you last.
Uncomfortable, you stuck close to the back of Rogers; trying to walk quickly near him as your hand ghosted a couple inches away from his back to make sure you didn't bump into him.
"You should've left while we let you." You heard a spine chilling whisper in your ear, stopping you dead in your tracks as your heart shuddered. Snapping your neck back, you turned to face where you heard it.
Before it went black, all you saw were two blurred dark oval eyes; staring through yours.
