Actual random book: part two

I did something that my family found weird i think-

(Okay, okay, jokes aside-)

So I did something I probably shouldn't have done:

I watched newsies live without headphones nearby my family.

My mom and my brother found out by me carrying my iPad Air that played newsies live loud and clear while I jumped around happily for no reason.
At that point, 'That's Rich' was about to start, and my mom and my brother(who were eating lunch) heard the dialogue beforehand and gave me 'wtf' faces. It went like this:

Brother: "What are you watching?"
Me:*jumps and twirls around excitedly* "NEWSIES!"
Brother: "what?"
Me: *jumps away* "NEWSIESSSSSSS-"
Mom: *sighs* "She's watching newsies."
Brother: "Newsies?! That sounds more like Sesame Street to me."
Mom: "I know, it's the same with me too."
Me: *nyooms back, gives Brother a angry look, growl, and flips him off*
Mom: *finally caught me flipping off my brother* "KATELYN!"
Me: *normal features show* "woah haha! I'm just kidding!"
Me: *thinking* 'no I wasn't-'

After that incident, I watched most of it up in my room, then watched it back downstairs again. Then, My dad came home from work and asked what I was watching. I told him newsies. Then it was quiet(well, except for newsies live playing) until Crutchie came back from the refuge. Then my dad looked at my screen to see a thirty year old man in weird clothes arrest a weird guy in his probably forties with a mustache. I almost looked up and said, "erm...hi dad."
But I didn't. He didn't say anything, but as I walked past him while newsies live was doing curtain calls, Andrew Keenan Bolger came on and I let out a sound that sounded like a cry and a squeal combined. Then I loudly said,
"IT'S MY CRUTCH BOI-"
But he didn't notice-

Note to self: wear headphones next time you watch newsies live.
