I'm watching Jimmy Fallon with my family, then all of a sudden, Jimmy mentions pride month, pride parades and LGBTQ+ support and I cheered when he said those words, showing my support.
Then my mom says;"you know, if you do that/supporting LGBTQ+/,people will think that you're a lesbian, you're bi, or you're Trans."
I replied with;"I'm just showing my support..."
She told me;"I know, but I don't want people to think you're bi, trans, or a lesbian."
...
...What's wrong with showing support?
