Scenario: Reader-Chan finds Levi's thick French Accent super attractive and often blushes and tries to avoid Levi when he tries to talk to you. Levi doesn't know this and insists on finding out why.
A/N: Letting you guys know that according to my research, Levi isn't actually French; but for this oneshot he will be! XD
{Levi's Point of View}
"Oi, Cadet (Your last name)." I approached (Your name) upon seeing that she had barely eaten anything off of her tray. I was secretly in love with her and so I couldn't help but be protective, but she always seemed to try and avoid me. Just like now. "Why aren't you eating?"
She looked the other way with a red beat face before grabbing her tray and standing up. "Well it's getting late so I'll just head to bed! Goodnight Captain!" She rushed to throw away her untouched food and headed straight for her room.
Why did she do this?! Every time I tried to talk to her she would walk away or find someone to go hang out with. Was I that intimidating or something?
I can easily name five times that she has done this:
1) One day during training I went to compliment her and she walked away saying she had more training to complete when she in fact didn't.
2) One day I decided to ask her to clean my office and every time I looked or tried to talk to her she would just look away and start cleaning harder or say she has to go clean something else in my room as far away from me as possible.
3) After an expedition once I went to check on her and all she said was that she was fine and has to go take care of her horse.
4) When she did get injured once I went to check on her in the infirmary and she said that she was tired and needed to sleep so goodnight.
5) What she did just now!
I sighed and pushed my hair back. That was it. I was finally at my limit and wanted to know why she was always avoiding me. I had to find out!
I walked her to her dorm and knocked on her door. Everyone else was down stairs in the mess hall eating so I knew she was alone and that this would be the perfect time to figure out why she always avoided me.
"Come in." I heard her soft voice speak, not knowing that I was coming in. She gasped upon seeing me, "Captain!"
"Why do keep avoiding me?"
"What? I have no idea what you're talking about. Anyway, I should probably go back down to the mess hall and tell..." I stopped her from leaving by grabbed onto her arm as she tried to walk past me.
"This is exactly what I'm talking about. You're avoiding me. You always have and it's beginning to make me think that you hate me." I admitted, needing to get everything off my chest.
"What?" Her words came out sadly and for a moment, I regretted saying anything at all.
"You know what, never mind." This time I tried walking away but was stopped by (your name).
"You really think I hate you?" She looked down. "I'm sorry. I never meant to make you feel or think that way. If I'm being honest like you, I just get shy around you."
"Why? There's no need for it."
"Because I really like you! And because I find your French accent attractive."
I immediately smirked upon hearing her words. "You like... my accent?" I made sure to speak slowly just so she could head my accent longer. She hummed under her breath as if she was saying 'you're missing the point.' "And you like... me?"
She didn't want to speak but did so anyway. "Yes! There, I admitted it twice!"
I watched as her face turned beat red and it was just now occurring to me that every time she did that around me, it was because she was flustered.
I chuckled. "You're adorable when you blush. You should have said something sooner."
"Either you can return my feeling or not. Its your choice."
She blew up her cheeks in embarrassment and I decided to kiss her lips. She was shocked, especially since it was a quick kiss.
"Silly. Of course I can return your feelings."
I started walk around and she came after me. "Hey! You can't just leave me after that."
I turned to face her, catching her off guard by pulling her in by her waist, and whispered huskily. "Don't worry. I'm never planning on leaving you."
