Scenario (Parts made up by KCCourtneyx): Levi has a twin sister who just got promoted to Captain. What happens when Levi and Reader-Chan fall out of being close siblings but one day Reader-Chan get hurts?
{Levi's Point of View}
<Flashback>
"Congrats. It took you long enough." I congratulated my twin sister, (your name), for being promoted to a Captain just like me.
She playfully tapped my shoulder. "Don't be like that. You know it's just because Erwin favorites you that you became a Captain quicker than I did."
I scoffed. "As if. I still remember him chasing me underground."
"Yeah I know. We've come a long way, haven't we?"
"Yeah. We did."
<End Flashback>
"Levi! Pay attention!" I snapped out of my flashback upon hearing my sister yell out at me. "You're about to ride straight into the wall you idiot." I stopped my horse and looked at the wall before me. They were still opening the gate to let us in from our expedition.
"I was distracted by how annoy you are." I snapped back. What happened? We were so close until she became a Captain.
"Look out!" We suddenly heard loud footsteps and a cadet yell out. We knew what that was. A titan.
"I got it!"
"Don't be so stupid (Your name)!" Before I could say anything (your name) was already using her 3DMG and fighting off the Titan. She killed it with ease but I was suddenly stricken with fear when the Titan's hand somehow got a hold of (your name) was it was falling. "(Your name)!" I yelled out towards her as I heard the thump of the Titan fall.
I immediately rushed to the Titan's hand and cried out for my sister over and over. Other cadets gathered around to help me move the titan's hand from on top of my sister. When we finally moved it, (Your name) wasn't responding. I shook her and checked her heart beat. It was faint but it was there. We had to get her into the infirmary and we had to do it quickly.

"Levi?" I jumped up upon hearing my sister's voice. "Where am I?"
"(Your name)! You're okay!" I hugged her but I could feel as though she tried to wiggle from my touch.
"What do you think you're doing idiot?"
I couldn't help it anymore. Ever since my sister became a Captain, we were constantly fighting; and this would be the end of it.
"You're the idiot!" That's not what I meant to say.
"I'm not the one who almost ran into the wall!"
"And I'm not the one who almost got crushed by a titan!" I finally completely snapped and (Your name) seemed to back her face up at my harsh tone; as she couldn't move her body. She started to cry and immediately I felt guilty. "(Your name), I didn't mea..."
"I just wanted to be as good as you. I'm sorry." She interrupted me but it was worth it. I looked at her with sadness in my eyes. "It took me so much longer to became a Captain compared to you. When I finally became one, I just wanted to try my best for you. You've always been better than me. I just wanted to make you proud. You're the only person I have left. I'm sorry. I'm sorry that I get carried away trying to impress you."
I couldn't help but cry myself. My sister became a Captain over a year ago and we grew distant. Now I know, it was because she wanted to impress me. "Why? Why didn't you tell me?" We both cried silently.
"Because I wanted you to acknowledge me. I wanted you to be the first to say something. I'm sorry."
"No." I shook my head side to side. "I'm the one who's sorry. I should have known."
"But even though I wanted you to be the first to say something, I knew that I should have. How could you have known, if I never told you."
I grabbed a hold of (Your name)'s hand. "You're my sister. My twin sister. You're the only person I have left and I don't know what I would do if you died. I've watched you grown and it's time that I've said this. I'm so proud of you (Your name). I always have been and always will be."
"I love you, bro."
"I love you too, sis."
"Twins?" (Your name) gently chuckled.
I nodded. "Twins."
