Scenario: Levi is sick and goes into shock. Reader-Chan, a medical professional who runs the infirmary immediately rushes to his side. What will happen between Reader-Chan and Levi when Reader-Chan is taking care of Levi?

{Reader's Point of View}

"(Your name)!" Hanji suddenly busted into the infirmary yelling my name. "Levi! Something's wrong with Levi! He's in his office!" I could tell she was panicking and this wasn't a joke.

I grabbed my stethoscope from my desk and ran towards Levi's office; in the process, tying my hair up in a messy bun. I tried saying calm but internally I was panicking as well.

Me and Levi had... well a weird relationship I guess you could say. He often visited the infirmary when one of this cadets were sick. I ran the infirmary and over time, me and Levi got to know each other. We dinked tea together, cleaned together, walked our horses together, and even did paperwork together. I would be lying if I said I didn't have feelings for the man.

At first I was surprised he was so caring. Everyone says he is cold and stoic, but I didn't see that when I looked at him. I saw a man who has been through a lot of physical and emotional pain. I loved being the only one who saw that in Levi.

Upon walking into his office I saw him curled up on the floor. He looked weak. Almost like he was going to faint. I bent down to him.

"Levi I need you to listen to me, okay?" He shook his head. He didn't even speak. I held my stethoscope up to his heart. "I'm going to ask you a few questions. Just nod yes or no."
He shook his head again. "Are you feeling faint or dizzy?" He nodded yes. "Do you have blurred vision?" Another yes. "Do you feel like..." Before I finished asking him questions he fainted. I looked over to Hanji. "His blood pressure is dangerously low. Help me get him the infirmary."

Hanji helped me but started asking questions. "What's happening? I've never seen him like this. Will he be okay?" We laid Levi down on an infirmary bed.

"Hanji." I backed Hanji up out of the infirmary. "I think he is septic shock. He'll be fine but right now I need you to go take care of his cadets. I'll let you know when he's doing better."

Without letting Hanji say anything else, I closed the infirmary door and immediately went back to Levi.

"Ugh." I opened my eyes slowly and saw (your name) leaning over me, her hand over my head.

"Levi." She noticed I had waken up. "This is going to be bright but stay with me." She flashed a bright light in my eyes. "Response is normal."

I tired leaning up and realized there was a tube coming from under my blanket. I lifted it up and saw an IV in my arm.

"Take it easy." She said helping me lean up. "You had pneumonia and went into septic shock. Hanji found you and came to get me. Do you remember answering my questions?" She asked, clearly worried for my health.

I nodded yes. I did remember her asking me questions. Matter of fact I remember because I was internally happy seeing she came to my side despite feeling so weak. Not to mention I enjoyed her touching my body to take my heart rate.

She covered me up better with the blanket that was on me. "You don't have to talk. You're probably still a little discombobulated."

Oh how I enjoyed the view of her taking care of me. She had her hair up in a messy bun and she wore a lab coat. I knew she used to wear it when she used to do research with Hanji. I found out she still wears it in case someone is bleeding out and she has to help them.

I liked (your name). I would even go as far to say that I love her. I met her when she was taking care of a few of my cadets. She's a wonderful women and I could never deny that.

"I'm going to go feed your horse. She's been whining for you all day."

She got off the bed and took her lab coat off to place it on the back of a chair. She rolled up the selves to her uniform and came back towards me. I continued to watch as she brought a food tray in front of me.

"Try to eat a little something. I'll be back in twenty minutes top. I know how you always walk your horse after feeding her so I'll make sure to take her for a quick walk. If you have trouble eating then I'll gladly help you when I get back."

She started walking out of the infirmary and as much as I wanted to reach out for her and stop her, I couldn't find the strength to do so.

I looked down at the food tray and immediately realized that the food was hand cooked. I could tell because it looked much better than what we got served here at HQ daily. Did she cook this for me?

(Your name) walked back into the infirmary, her bun slightly messier than before, and in her hands was a fresh glass of water.

"Sorry. I forgot your water." She said, taking a seat back next to me on the bed, and placing the glass of water beside me on a bedside table. She looked down at my tray. "You've barely eaten. Here." She held out a fork full of food for me. I grabbed the fork from her hand and turned it around for her.

"Have you eaten today?" I managed to say weakly, just like the grip I had on the fork.

She smiled. "Don't worry about me. You need to eat." She tried grabbing the fork from my hand but I stopped her using my free one.

"One bite."

She rolled her eyes playfully and took a bite of the food. "You're turn." We kept feeding each other back and forth.

"Thank you. The food was delicious." I complimented her cooking.

She giggled. "So you could tell?"

"The food here has nothing on your cooking."

"I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thank you... for feeding me as well. I should take the tray back."

"Wait." Because I didn't have to energy to grab onto (your name), I asked her to wait. She immediately put the tray back down and re-took her seat.

"Is everything okay?"

"Thank you. For everything."

She looked down. "If I'm being honest, I was terrified. When I heard that something was wrong and saw the expression on Hanji's face, I internally panicked. I was so worried about you. I'm not for sure how I managed to remain calm, but I did."

"Are you confessing your love to me?" I asked, just trying to lighten the mood.

"Actually, I am."

"What?" I asked, honestly shocked and confused.

"You heard me. I'm confessing my love for you. I can understand if you can't return my feelings. But even if you can't, I'm glad I've finally confessed."

"If I'm being honest myself, I've been meaning to confess for quite some time myself."

(Your name) smiled brightly. "That makes me happy."

How could those few words, make my heart skip a beat. "I'm happy, knowing you're happy."
