Now both lost, they much survive until found but what happens when Levi finds out Reader-Chan is having withdrawal symptoms from medication she been given from Hanji for a sickness.

{Levi's Point Of View}

It's just like Cadet (your name) to go off saving another Cadet during special training and getting lost. It's known that if a Cadet can't make it, they aren't fit for the survey corps; however, I can't lose (your name). Why? Because I like her. There is just something about her.

How she seems more fragile than glass yet can kicks ass. How she can have a colder attitude than even me yet make the brightest smile. How she makes tea and helps all other cadets. How she clean wonderfully. Just everything about her was amazing, big and small.

Zooming back into reality, I keep a sharp eye out for any sighs of (your name). A few more turns and steps and my eyes are brought to a cloak. Upon closer examination, it's her no doubt. Suddenly eyes are brought to cuts on trees. A path? Was she marking her way?
I ran as fast as my feet could when I suddenly saw her face, scratched and bloody.

"Cadet (Your last name)!" I yelled out her name causing her to turn quickly to me, slight fear in her eyes.

"Captain!" She yelled my name and started running towards me.

Suddenly she stopped and help a hand over her neck said in pain. Getting closer I could see more scratches that were even deeper and had much more blood.

"(Your first name)." I said her first name for the first time out loud as I put my hands on her shoulders.

"Cap...tain." She seemed weak. Weaker than I had ever seen her.

"It okay." I grabbed her cloak that I found and wrapped it around her as it was getting late and cold. "You're going to be okay." I put the backpack I carried with me down and grabbed medical supplies.

"Cap... Levi." Her eyes looked at me as if she was telepathically telling me her last words.

"Don't say anything. Just hang in there." I immediately patched her up and told her to follow me; however, she seemed as though she couldn't walk.

I bent down and motioned for her to get on back which she did. I wasn't even for sure if she was awake or not but I could tell one thing and that was that he body was hot. Yes she was hot in a beauty way but I mean in a fever way. As I kept walking with her on my back, I realized something extremely unfortunate. I was lost.

It was already getting too dark to see and I had no choice but to try and take shelter. Only having a simple tarp tent on me, I tried to set it up quickly for protection from forest bugs and animals. I quickly got (your name) inside and started making a fire hoping it would be a good enough signal for someone to come find us. They would definitely search for me and since I had (your name), we could both be saved. I thought I had a flare gun but another extreme unfortunate thing happened. I apparently didn't even have it.

Going back in the tent to watch over (your name) I realized that she looked awful. She was sweating profusely, had swallow breathing, a red face, and was mumbling incoherent words as if having a nightmare. The night cared on and I tried making sense of (your name)'s mumbles when I suddenly heard my name escape her lips.

"Levi." I took her hands in mine and looked at her figure hoping she would say something else, and she did. "Please forgive me." A pause. "But I like you a lot." And with a surprised looked and blush on my face, I didn't hear her mumble any more coherent words.

Someone needed to find us and find us quick.

Morning was almost upon us when I heard a loud twig snap in the distance. I jumped us ready to attack anything when Hanji suddenly jumped at me.

"Levi?! Have you found (your name)?!" She yelled clearly worried.

"Yeah. But she isn't looking good."

Hanji went into the tent and I watched she shook (your name). I than notice her take a pill from her pocket and stick it (your name)'s mouth.

"She was experiencing withdrawal symptoms from a medication she got every night from me for an illness. She should be okay but we need to get you guys back to camp and treat her wounds.

~~~
I sat, with my hand in (your name)'s hand, beside her bed side. Sleeping peacefully with no withdrawal symptoms, I felt slightly more relaxed but  as still worried.
"Cap...tain...Levi." I looked up from the floor hearing (your name)'s voice.
"(Your name)! Your awake??" I slightly yelled in a whispered manor. She shook her head yes lightly and I gave a loud sigh. "You really scared the hell out of me (Your first name)."
I could see her blush from the use of her first name out loud. "Sorry. I didn't mean to." She paused. "Thank you, Levi." She said my first name! "I know you were the one to save me but I just can't see why." She simply stated looked tiredly at the ceiling.
I chuckled causing her full attention to focus on me. "It's that obvious? It's because I like you back."  And with that I leaned in to capture a kiss from her that she would return.
