I stood to the side of the warriors in training and watched my husband raise his sword in the air, and swing with quick movements and fast speed. His opponement's sword dropped from his hands and the warrior stepped back, avoiding attack from my husband who looked as if he was ready to kill someone.
Breathing hoarsely, Alexander threw his sword on the stone floor and marched towards me. He looked wild and sexy, as he came at me. His muscles on his huge tall body, flexed with every step that he took. His thick, black hair fell unruly down his back, and his beautiful emerald eyes were full of desire as he walked up to me and wrapped his big calous hand around my neck and pulled my head to him as he brought his full lips down on mine.
In broad daylight he ravished me, taking liberties with my body as his other big hand carressed my breast, leaving me breathless with his reckless lovemaking. I heard roar of laughter as all the warriors witnessed our lovemaking and someone called out roughly, "Take it somewhere else!"
Alexander lifted me in his strong arms and carried me all the way behind the gardens to where the river was. I could hear clapping and silly noises from the warrioirs from behind us as we dissappeared from their view.
My warrior put me down gently and said in a husky tone, "I love you Elizabeth," and he pulled me in his arms and held me close to his chest. In the last couple of weeks, Alwaxander must have told me those words at least a couple of hundred times. I can sense fear in him and desperation. Something is going to happen and he is not willing to share the information with me.
"If you love me my husband, then you would not withhold from me secrets." I told him. "You keep things from me thinking that you are protecting me, but instead you are hurting me. I want to know what your heart is protecting me from." I told him
Alexander sighed, "Wife you will be the death of me." he said softly.
I pulled away from him and walked near the water and dropped on the grass with my back to him. Seconds later, my husband came to me and he too dropped on the grass next to me and wrapped his arms around me.
"I keep things from you because I do not want to worry you. It is my job to make you happy and protect you from danger, and that is what I am trying to do." he said, as if that was enough of an explanation to satisfy my curiosity.
"Keepings things from me only makes it worse! If you love me you would speak everything that is hidden in your heart!" I reasoned with him.
"Very well, I will tell you all, but you will not be too happy to hear my words." he said sadly, "In two days, the walls will go down. The dark forces will have access to our world. They will destroy everything around them, leaving nothing behind. The only survivers will be the Druids and the Fays. Everyone and everything else will perish. They are strong and they come to conquer. They will take down eveything in their way. unless we all pull together, and fight with all our might. And lets pray that the Fays will keep their word and join forces with us, because without them we will lose everything!"
Disturbed, I turned a my head and looked at him, "I thought our son the savior, came to save the world!" I told him, as my heart beat faster from fear.
ALexander drew in a deep breath and exhaled slowly. I did not miss the tears that formed in his eyes. "you are holding back my husband! I want to know the truth!" I told him angrilly.
"Our son, wife, has betrayed his people by defying the laws of the universe. He has slept with the witch and sealed our fates!" he said, and a tear rolled down his face.
Cold fear gripped me as I heard his words. "Why would he sleep with her?" I asked.
"He slept with her to save our lives, but he was tricked Elizabeth.'' he said with regret. grabbing my waist, my husband pulled me on his lap and held me tightly in his arms. "My next words Elizabeth will be hard to hear, but you must listen and obey me, I beg of you.''
I sensed the emergency in his words and saw the love in his eyes, and I was dying inside.
"I do not want you on the battle field! I want you to stay in the castle. I will hide you in the dungeon, in a special place. You are not to come out of there unless I come for you, do you understand me?" he asked hoarsely.
I knew that if I said no, he would argue with me and I would never hear the end of it. "Yes, I will do as you say my husband." I said simply, hoping he believed my lie.
Alexander raised an eyebrow, but did not say another word. He stayed suspiciously quiet, and did not utter another word until it was time to head back home.
"Come wife, lets go have dinner." he said, and he pulled me up and we walked back to the castle each in our own thoughts.
