Out in the courtyard, I trained aggresively with the best warriors that we had. It kept my mind off my bleeding heart. But even though I was in training the whole entire day, my mind did not stop searching for answers. Where did Elizabeth go to, in fact where did eveyone go to? Mary, James, Tristen, and Colin have dissapeared. Brendan is no where to be found and if I find out that he is with Elizabeth, I will break his neck! I swung the sword angrilly at the warrior in front of me and he dropped his sword and raised his hands up in the air.
"Thats enough for today," I roared to all the warriors on the courtyard, "First thing tomorrow morning before sunrise, I want you all back here training! The dark ones have been spotted and are preparing to strike against us! You must all be well trained and powerfully strong to fight against them! Go now and eat, bath, and have a good nights sleep."
I walked over to the fountain and filled my goblet with fresh water and gulped it all down in one shot. Out of the corner of my eyes, I saw my brother's Colin and Tristen, disappear behind the palace grounds.
Quickly, I followed them knowing that I would find some answers once I caught up with them.
"I miss her." I heard Colin say.
"You miss her already? you have only been without her for a couple of hours and you miss her already? She has you pussywhipped!" Tristen teased.
Colin ignored my brothers remark and said,"Do you think we did the right thing? If Alex finds out that we tricked him, he will be livid!"
"Worry not for him, he is the strongest amongst us all. He needs to stay away from Elizabeth for a while until he gets his head in order, don't you remember the chaos he creates whenever he is around her? He is very possesive and angry! Elizabeth needs quiet time now. We must do everything we can to prevent him finding out her whereabouts too soon!" Tristen said.
My guts twisted with pain. Where have they taken her? I need her, I can not exist without her, she is my heart. I moved a little closer, hiding behind a barrel of rain water. Hoping to hear more information.
"I worry for Elizabeth, she has gone through alot since the time she was brought here. We haven't even told her the whole truth about who she is, we have not prepared her for everything that is about to happen in the next couple of months!" Tristen said, and I held my breath, waiting for more information.
"Do not worry about her, she is a strong woman, and she is about to become even stronger than you and I put together!" Colin said, and I did not understand what that meant. "Its Brendan you should worry about, he is falling in love with Elizabeth and he will be hurt once ALex finds them. Sometimes I wish we didnt listen to Alexander and separate Kayla from Brendan, they loved each other, and if he ever finds out that we all had done what we did to seperate the two of them, he will have our heads on a silver platter!"
Guilt choked around me. It was I who came up with the plan to get rid of Kayla, it was dangerous to have our brother around her I was told by James, but now that I think about it,I think the real reason James didnt want Brendan to be with Kayla, is because he wanted Brendan to be with his daughter!
"Well we have to be careful that Alex does not find out that Brendan and Elizabeth are hiding in Phoenix Arizona! Alexanders memory came back too soon, Mary should have thrown a bigger spell over him!" Tristen said, and rage boiled deep inside my guts!
"Well you know our brother, he is strong and nothing and no one can outdo him, even Isobel did not carry enough power on herself to defeat our brother! I knew his powers were very strong, that is why I did not worry about him being trapped by the witch, may hap if he fucked her, it would have helped him by releasing some of his sexual frustrations!" and the both of them died laughing.
I would have strangled the both of them had it not been for the fact that I did not want them to know that I overheard their conversation.
"Come, lets go back inside the palace and find our brother, we need to know what is on his mind, and remember, be very careful not to mention the whereabouts of Elizabeth and Brendan, knowing our brother, he will try to coax it out of us, but you must be brave brother! I love Alexander and if you do too, then we must do whats best for him, and what is best for him at this time, is for him to stay away from Elizabeth." Tristen slapped my brother on the back and they both walked back towards the castle.
