I held my laser gun tightly and took deep breaths. With my back against a tree, I peeked behind me to see if Pietro was anywhere. The man I was so in love with was no where in sight.

I normally didn't like playing laser tag with a man who has super speed, but this time I had a feeling I could at least get him shot2. Pietro was winning by a lot, but that wasn't going to stop me.

"Hey Rachel," I heard a quick whisper behind me as I stood up and abruptly, my vest vibrate since Pietro had shot me again. 

Wiping my head to look behind me, he was gone, but you could hear a distant laugh as he ran. Shaking my head, I smirked. "I promise, I will get you, Pietro!"

But, there was so reply, so running, I followed his trail. 

I had to admit, it was a bit unfair to play laser tag with a man who was literally the fastest guy in the world, but I always loved hanging out with him. After meeting Pietro in S.H.I.E.L.D with the Avengers, I felt connected to Pietro in a way I never I could connect with. He and I became fast companions, but from the start I felt something more and I hoped he felt the same way.

 His sister always was super protective over him and it was rare for us to really chill together. Pietro loved laser tag, especially in the woods and I guess you could say it was our way of hanging out. 

After a few minutes had past, my eyes searched the forest for any sign of a blue blur, but none was found. The only thing that stood out was the sound of...water? Looking behind a boulder, I almost gasped. 

There was peeing Pietro, behind a tree taking a leek. His back was facing towards me luckily and I tried to keep in my laugh. Pointing my gun at his vest, I knew it was really the only time Pietro would ever be actually still, but I knew it would be mean. Yet funny...

I pulled the trigger and it hit him. Pietro swore and his body jerked in surprise. Quickly, I leaned back against the boulder and bit my lip, trying to keep in my laugh. A zipping noise of his pants was heard as Pietro yelled, "Really, Rachel? While I was doing my business?"

I escaped a small chuckle, but quickly stopped in the moment, hearing him sound upset. 

Hearing him murmur something about his pants, I came out with my hands up in surrender. "Hey, look I-"

"C'mon, Rachel! Look at me!" Pietro exclaimed as his face was pure frustration. There was a line of wetness across his pants.

Sucking in my lips, I replied, "It could of been worse."

He groaned and rolled his eyes. 

"But hey, you've got to give me some credits, I did finally get you," I added. "Just like I promised."

"Whatever," and suddenly, upset Pietro was gone in a flash. Like literally, a blue flash.

"Pietro, wait! I'm sorry!" I yelled. Okay, maybe I shouldn't have said that.

Taking a sigh, I turned away and shook my head. Even superheroes can be babies sometimes. 

Quickly though, something tugged at my arm, making me come straight towards the builder into someone's arms. Beautiful blue eyes met with mine, but that wasn't the only thing that was met. Lips collided onto mine, but I didn't pull away since I knew exactly who it was.

Pietro's hands were placed unto my back and pushing me closer towards him. My hand escaped his chest and moved to his blonde locks. Letting it run through his hair, his hands clenched my back harder.

We separated, but Pietro still held me in his arms. With a smirk, he stated, "You didn't see that coming."

I escaped a small chuckle. "Weren't you just upset with me two seconds ago?"

"Yes, but I'm over it now."

I raised my eyebrow a bit. "Wow, didn't think your conscious was as quick as your speed."

"Ok, maybe still a bit salty," he mentioned and he chuckled. 

Joining him, I grinned from ear to ear. Suddenly, the moment became intense and as my chest vibrated. Gasping, I proclaimed, "You shot me!"

"Payback for what happened." Leaving me with a wink, Pietro 'flashed' out of my arms.

"I love you!" he shouted in the distance with a blue blur following him. 

"Well, I hate you!" I yelled back at him. I laughed. "You know, you still smell like pee!"

Smiling, my cheeks began to feel red with happiness. The fastest man alive is in love with me.
