I smoothed my red silk dress out on my bed and smiled. I couldn't wait till George Weasley, my current boyfriend, saw this on me. He would be absolutely overwhelmed and dazed by me. I chuckled at my thought.

George had invited me to Bill and Fleur's wedding at their home to join him. I picked up the invitation once more.

To Maeve...you are invited to Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour's Extraordinary Wedding!

Taking a glance at the time, I thought I should probably get dressed.

Slipping into the dress, I felt like a princess, ready for her prince. I know that sounds cheesy, but honestly that's what it felt like.

After my makeup and hair, I heard a doorbell ring and I knew immediately who that was. Sprinting down the steps, I opened the door to see cheeky and peachy George with a bouquet of wild flowers.

"George!" I exclaimed and gave him a big hug.

He chuckled and I parted from him.

"Well, uh, these are for you! I wanted to get Fartunger's Funny Flowers for you, but mum wouldn't let me," he said and handed them to me.

"These are amazing, George! Thank you!" I exclaimed and smelled them. To tell you the truth, I was happy he didn't bring the other type of flowers. I heard they made you gassy and quite flirty too when you smell them.

"You're welcome, Maeve. You look absolutely marvelous!" George complimented and his eyes gawked at me.

"Same with you. Sharp and handsome," I remarked with a giggle.

George wore a nice, clean suit, which look different to me, but at the same time, amazing. It's always nice to see your boyfriend in a tux.

"Well, fair maiden, shall we enter our carriage?" George asked as he bent down and held his hand out.

"Why, of course, Sir George Weasley!" I proclaimed and curtsied, taking his hand.

And in fact, it was a carriage. Literally, a carriage like in Cinderella. Soon, we rode off into the distance to the wedding, giggling at George's funny jokes.

The night was crisp, clear, and crystals shone on the dark blanket of the sky. I smiled and looked towards George, who was looking up at the sky too. I had a sudden urge to kiss him.

So I did, but on the cheek.

"What was that for?" he asked and turned to face me with a happy grin.

"Ah, nothing," I said and looked down.

George's finger lifted me up to his face and he whispered, "I prefer..."

And he kissed me on the lips, but it was only a short one, which I liked.

"These types of kisses," he continued after kissing me.

I felt myself blushing at what he said and his action.

Soon, we arrived at the wedding. It was under a gigantic tent with blue and purple lights coming from it. I grinned at George as he helped me come off the carriage and into the reception.

Moments later, after finding our seats, it began. The wedding was beautiful with Fleur, walking down the aisle, to their I do's. It was spectacular.

Later, the venue and the next reception started with food, cake, and music. George immediately pulled me onto the dance floor and boogied away to the music. Even though George's dance moves were a bit strange and embarrassing, it didn't bother me. I was having an awesome time and I didn't want it to end.

After an hour later, we were placed back to our seats to have toasts to the newly weds and I don't know why, but George was so nervous. He was twitching his hands and bouncing his knee up and down. Why is he like this? He normally isn't when it comes to public speaking.

After Mr. Weasley's toast, George went up onto a small stage with a microphone and a glass of champagne.

"Um hello there. If you all don't know me, which probably you do due to my hilarious pranks and jokes, but I'm George Weasley," he looked at me, "The brother of Bill Weasley. And today I congratulate, my um-my brother and now sister-in-law, to uh getting married," remarked George and nodded towards them.

An awkward silence grew, but he stopped it. "But today, I have an announcement to make."

Again George looked straight at me. I started to panic in my head, thinking that this was a prank or something he was going to do and fail. I looked down at the ground.

"Maeve?" George asked.

My eyes shot up at my ginger boyfriend and smiled. I will love him no matter what he does.

In a slow motion and everyone awing, he bent down on one knee.

"Maeve, someone up there pulled the biggest prank in my life. And that was me meeting you for the first time and for the longest time, it has been my favorite by far. So I ask, my love, will you continuing being my favorite prank and be my wife?" he asked with an innocent smile on him.

I had held my breath for the whole time and in my mind, I was screaming, "Yes! I will! Of course, I will be your wife!"

But instead of screaming, I breathed, "Yes."

Everyone cheered as George jumped off the stage and ran to me. He grabbed me into a hug and spun me around. I laughed as I felt my hair wave around and soon George set me down.

His eyes were so joyful and immediately, his lips met mine. And every time I kiss him, it feels like the first time. My smile broke our kiss and bent my head back to laugh.

"Oh! And I almost forgot!" he exclaimed and pulled out a ring from his pocket. My wedding ring. I gasped and giggled as I brought my hand up. He placed it on my ring finger and I admired how pretty it was.

A simple golden band with a diamond shaped heart in the middle.

"George!"

"You don't have to say anything," said George, cutting me off and smirked.

I hugged him once more and I whispered in his ear, "You are the most fantastic prank that has ever happened in my life, George. And I love you for that."

"Same here, Maeve. I will always love you for being the most beautiful prank I have ever set eyes on."
