Sparks and fire flew everywhere as the Doctor and I ran for our lives.
"DOCTOR!" cried a Dalek as they came chasing after us inside a computer warehouse.
Suddenly, I tripped on a rock, hearing a crack from my ankle. I screamed with pain spreading across my leg and immediately the Doctor came for my help.
Crouching by me quickly, fear was in his eyes as he asked, "Elena, are you alright?"
"Of course not!"
"Sorry. We have to get going Elena. Come on." The Doctor started to help me up, but I just cried again because of the serious pain shooting through my leg.
"Doctor, you have to leave me," I uttered with my stomach flipping at the thought.
"No. No of course not, Elena." He cupped my face and looked into my eyes.
A tear formed in my eye. I quickly turned to see the Daleks coming closer. Looking back at him, fear and sadness crept across his eyes.
"Go," I pleaded.
"Elena-"
"Look, I'll hide, but you promise me you'll go. Without me."
After thinking for three seconds, the Doctor instantly carried me to a desk and I crawled under it. Luckily, it had a back board on the front, so no Dalek could see me. Again, the Doctor came to my height again and looked deeply into my eyes.
"I will come back for you when I stop this, Elena," he whispered.
Slowly, he took my head and gave me a small forehead kiss. I smiled and sniffled, aching for him not to leave, but knew I was going to slow him down.
"I promise." And with a smile, he left me quickly.
I clenched my jaw and hoped for the best. For me and the Doctor.
Hearing the Daleks creep along the concrete, I held my breath to try not make any noise, but soon a small iche came to my nose. I wanted to sneeze so badly. With all the dust and ash, I couldn't hold it any longer.
Bringing my elbow up, I sneezed in it, which was quiet. But the problem was that my arm hit the top of the desk, making a knock at it. Cringing, I prayed the Daleks didn't hear. But my prayer wasn't answered.
After a few moments, a Dalek creeped up and looked down. "YOU CAN NEVER HIDE FROM A DALEK!"
And BAM! it struck me with it's laser thing.
Later
My head ached so so badly including my whole body especially my ankle. I sat up on a concrete floor and felt my head. Feeling a big bloody bump on my head, I cursed at myself. Looking around, I noticed I was in a prison with no bed or anything just a simple cage.
Slowly, I stood up and observed my surroundings, seeing if there was any way out. Limping to check the door, I found it was locked and there was no regular key hole, but an eyestalk of a Dalek hole. I groaned and banged my head on the bars.
Sitting back down on the floor against the bars, I blew some air. I thought of the Doctor for a moment and how I would love for him to be by my side right now. He would know what to do in this situation. But, none had come to mind.
Then, pain kinda struck me right in the chest and heart of how I felt so alone. I knew the Doctor would save me, but what if something happened to him? What if something happens to me? So many what ifs flew in my mind. Oh how the thought of his arms around me sounded so amazing! I found myself sorta...smirking?
Interrupting my thoughts, a Dalek entered the small prison and strolled to my door. I had my back to the Dalek as I leaned against the bar.
"Where are you taking me?" I asked.
"TO THE INCINERATING ROOM!" it cried. My stomach flipped with fear and horror.
The Dalek entered the cell and came towards me. "COME WITH ME."
I crossed my arms. "And how are you going to make me?"
"Oh you're not going to make her to anything when I'm around."
I turned quickly to see the Doctor with dark soot on his face.
"DOCTOR?" asked the Dalek.
Giving me a wink, the Doctor immediately raised a laser gun and shot the eyestalk of the Dalek. It instantly went dead as he quickly came to me.
"Doctor," I whispered as he soniced the door. His hand touched mine while it rested on a bar. As soon as the door opened, I ran-half-limped into his arms, wrapping my hands around his neck. He laughed and squeezed me with his arms while giving me a spin.
"Oh, I missed you," I uttered and he set me down. Strangely, his green eyes locked onto mine and our stare became so intimate.
He came closer and cupped my face again. "I was so afraid I'd lose you, Elena."
"Well you came like you promised."
His adorable smile crept his face. "I know."
His face came closer to mine and planted his lips softly on mine. Butterflies made my knees buckle as his touch was so comforting to me. I placed my hands on his waist as I kissed him passionately back.
Quickly, I broke off the kiss because I knew the Daleks were going to come. He seemed sadden that I stopped it, but I explained to him that they would be coming soon.
"But Doctor, I can't run. How are we to make it to the TARDIS if I'm still injured?" I asked still in his arms.
"Ah hah! I'm a clever man, aren't I! I brought the TARDIS with me!" he exclaimed and suddenly, picked me up in bridal style. Turning a corner, the TARDIS was right there. I laughed and pecked him on the cheeks.
Opening the door to the TARDIS, he set me down on a bench inside as he flew the TARDIS away from this place. I smirked as I stared longingly at the Doctor. His eyes met mine as he said, "You know I love you right?"
I chuckled and looked down, but then back at him. "Not with that soot on you."
"What? Oh yeah that."
I just laughed, but then smiled. "Of course I love you Doctor. I always will."
"Good cause for a moment, I thought you didn't."
