EDIT: I thought I'd add the lyrics to Thinkin' Bout Her (2010), to show why Max was so upset with Chad:

Concerning the  release of a song by Chad, that was considered to have some unfavorable lyrics about his ex-wife Sherri Dupree, Sherri's husband Max Bemis spoke out against Chad. After a storm of online hate, Sherri's mother eventually spoke out as well, feeling the need to clarify things. I have heard of the existence of this statement, I saw the Twitter fight between Max and Chad and Sherri, and now I have found the statement thanks to someone awesome. Here is Mrs.Dupree's version of the truth:
