Hey you guys! Welcome to a brand new conspiracy! Yes, they're back! I'm sorry I've kept you guys waiting for so long.

Joshua Neil Farro.

What feelings does that name conjure up when you look at it?

Betraying? Backstabbing?

How about Co-CEO?

When the Farros' blog-post was put online by them on December 18th 2010, it shocked the world. Mostly, because of how well written, but mean spirited it was, and mostly towards Hayley Williams. Although the closing statement of the blog said that it didn't mean any malice towards Williams, that seemed a little redundant with all of the dirty laundry that had just been aired out in the statement.

Among other things, the Farros' statement insisted:

Hayley Williams was the only band member signed to Atlantic Records, and that she had been lying about it.

Hayley was easily manipulated by her family and management, who often insisted that she was actually a solo act and the boys were just hired help.

Hayley and her manager often went behind the boys' backs to meet with other labels and executives without them present or knowing.

Basically, in a nutshell, the statement insisted that Hayley Williams was a sneaky snake in the grass, who had been lying through her teeth since Paramore started. But, is Josh Farro really a glowing angel...I think not.

As of late, it has come to light that, without the fans knowing, Hayley Williams has been the CEO of a company called Varoom Whoa, Inc., a company that is located in Franklin, TN and that was founded in 2004. If you would like more information than that, go here: https://start.cortera.com/company/research/k9n1nsm8o/varoom-whoa-inc/

Essentially, because Hayley is STILL the only person signed to Atlantic, she used/uses this company as a way to pay the boys more than they would get paid by the label as her hired musicians, which is what the label sees the boys as. However, Jeremy Davis still felt there was enough of a wage gap to constitute a lawsuit.

The knowledge that Hayley had been running this company secretly came to light because of the recent departure of Jeremy Davis, as he is using the information in his lawsuit against Hayley (as acting CEO of the company) and against the company itself.

But, my question is: Why are we just finding out about this now?

If this was such a shady, awful thing to do, and Josh Farro was in the mood to ruin Hayley's reputation, why would he keep this secret for her?

Well, if you read through the Farros' statement, you will find an interesting piece of information:

"When you own part of a band and are constantly playing, you make sarifices." - Josh and Zac's Exit Statement (http://joshuafarro.tumblr.com/post/2415062708/josh-and-zacs-exit-statement)

Josh didn't say "when you're part of a band," or "when you're in a band," no, he said when you own part of a band.

I have said numerous times throughout this whole lawsuit fiasco: if ANYONE can claim co-ownership of Paramore, it would be Josh Farro. Josh Farro is currently credited with co-writing music and lyrics for Paramore's first three albums, meaning he's done more work for Paramore than any other member, besides Hayley.

Also, the comapany was started in 2004, the same year him and Hayley started dating. I've also been known to say that I think Josh Farro enjoyed how manipulable Hayley Williams was more when they were dating than after they broke up, since it would be pretty easy for him to get his way in the band by just being nice to her and being a little convincing.

In, conclusion, my friends, I'm telling you that I firmly believe Josh Farro was/is still a part of Varoom Whoa Inc., and that he did not expose Hayley owning this company or the company's practices because he did not want to compromise his position and earnings in the company.
