This Affects us ALL!

I shouldn't have to make this post. Period. It shouldn't have to exist. But apparently I need to explain myself once again.

That post I made about the Hayley/Rock Sound interview, I was not trying to sound like a spoiled American brat. The word American was nowhere in my post, because my post was not just for Americans. I used we and us, in reference to ALL Paramore fans, from any country or background, I was talking about us all because we are ALL not being treated fairly by Paramore right now. I was not trying to just sound like a whiny, complaining fan, and I guess because I'm American and Paramore tours more over here, that's how I sounded. Let me reiterate, I MEANT ALL OF US ARE GETTING SCREWED OVER BY PARAMORE RIGHT NOW! Not just Americans, all of us. And the point of the post was not supposed to be me whining about not having access to the magazine, it was about US ALL not having access to the magazine, and how that was a dick move from Paramore to do that to their WHOLE FANBASE. So, no matter if you live in America, in the U.K., in Russia, in France, in Brazil, or anywhere else, we are ALL getting screwed over by them equally. I'm aware that Paramore tours over here more, and I know that's not fair, and I would love for that to stop and for Paramore to do another world tour (like they did with BNE), but the fans have no control over that. I can imagine the reason they don't tour that hard is because last time they did it helped tear the band apart, and I can't imagine they would like to be away from everyone they love for six months at a time. Even just touring as hard as they did on Paramore, you could see by Writing The Future that they were getting burnt out and needed a break. And that's something I've come to realize while waiting for this album. They need time and it's selfish of me to tell them to stop having fun in the studio and get back to work. However, I do still think the Jeremy situation was/is being poorly handled by them.

I also want to apologize for an angry response I had in the comments sections of one of my posts while addressing this issue. I assure everyone, and people who truly know me can vouch for me, that I am not racist, nor do I think I'm better than any other fan because I'm American, and I'm very, very sorry if I made you all feel that way, it was not my intention. - Harley
