Kunlun Mountain

Mo Yuan and Gaogui returned to Kunlun mountain having been gone for almost three months.  In that time, not only had Ye Hua been sent to assist Zhe Yan with the continuous flow of people pouring through the gates, his Disciples were nearing collapse.

Exhausted and tearful, they swarmed around him the moment he came into view.  With his son at his side, a child he was beginning to trust whole heartedly, Mo Yuan not only completely took over the healing effort, he took back is mantle as War God and the Master of Kunlun Mountain.

With Bai Qian on his mind and the sole reason for the change in his aura which was bursting with energy and vigor, he immediately sent his Disciples back up to rest.  Now that he was back and fully in control of himself, he had every intention of creating a world fit enough for her to return home to.  For her, it would start immediately.

"You have three days.  I do not want to see you again until the three days are up." he ordered them all, while his eyes remained firmly on Die Feng who immediately began to argue.

"Shifu, the people need us.  We are the ones providing their food and medicine.  Without it, the sick will die." he insisted, before moving to walk past him and back towards the tents.

"Die Feng!" Mo Yuans roar carried across the valleys, bringing instant silence and his first Disciple to a halt.

Turning to face him, the tears in his eyes began to well as his juniors hit the ground to bow at his feet.

"Shifu." he sighed tearfully at him.  "You're back!" he cried as he fell to his knees and threw his head into the ground beside his juniors.  Only a roar like that, could instil fear so great, that Die Feng knew then, that his master had truly returned.  And not just from a few months away, but the greatness of the man himself was finally among them.

"Yes, I am back.  And I am taking charge.  Now rise up." he said lowering his voice to a soft whisper, the one they had never forgotten.  It was a voice so tender, it could bring ones heartbeat to a standstill, but when angry it could shatter it into a million pieces. One Die Feng had all but given up on considering he had seen nothing of his old Master until that moment.

Tearfully they rose to their feet, and very slowly they stumbled up the mountain to their beds as Gaogui looked on fascinated.  He had been gone from their world for so long, that such displays of reverence felt new to him.  He knew his father was revered and treated with upmost respect, but to actually see it, had him looking at his father with new eyes.

"Im afraid, it will take me some time to get used to this world again." he said grinning at him as they made their way towards the main tent and Ye Hua, who had already set up a registering station in order to gather the names of the able bodied and what skills the people among them had,  and they were so varied in talents, that Ye Hua had already begun to divide the people into groups.  The sick were kept to the outside tents which were separated by a fence that he quickly had erected with wood brought in from the outside and this was in order to control disease, while the rest were put to work.

"Walking in, Ye Hua had already been notified of their return, so he has well prepared to give a detailed report and to hand over the reins to what was looking like a well thought out plan that he had devised in his absence, due to the comprehensive training he had gained under Di Jun.

"We have in total 367 wounded and unable to weight bare.  Two hundred trained soldiers. Fifteen carpenters.  Eighty with the ability to cook.  Twelve hunters.  Untold seamstresses.  Two with a reasonably good grasp of medicine, fifteen hundred children, of those three hundred are under the age of one thousand, three thousand able bodied yet to be allocated places and as quickly as one dies three more arrive." he said blank faced and staring straight at him.  A look that literally mirrored his own.
