The return of Mo Yuans body to Kunlun Mountain was as traumatic for his Disciples as the mans death.  Not only did it take Zhe Yan several attempts to get them all off their bowed knees to assist him with the body, but the loud tolling of the Bell had yet to cease.

And if that wasn't enough, they all felt the sudden surge in energy erupting from the Mountain the moment they entered, it was overwhelming and for several hours afterwards they were all feeling extremely dizzy from it.

Mo Yuans cranes also instantly took to the skies as if in welcome, adding their horrendous screeching to the mix, though more from the extra surge in energy which took them months to settle back into.

Thankfully Die Feng was the first to finally get his head in order, and under his direct command, he had them all back on their feet and taking over the transferal of Mo Yuans body to his own meditation chamber where the mountains energy was the strongest.

Issuing Die Feng with the order to fetch Dong Hua Di Jun, Zhe Yan then ordered the hearth to be lit.  Mo Yuan had yet to take his first breath and he wanted the chamber warmed and comfortable when he did.  And as Chang Shan had also left to prepare tea and refreshments, Zhe Yan took the opportunity to leave the mans body for the archives.

He knew Mo Yuan kept a comprehensive record on not only soul survival and soul retrieval of his own, he also wanted his records on the Bell of East Emperor.  If there was one thing Mo Yuan was known for, that was keeping thorough records on everything he did, and as the creator of the Bell, that too would be found in the archives because he had a very strong suspicion that the answers he needed had to do with the Bell itself.

It had been many years since he had visited that part of Kunlun Mountain, not since he was a student there himself.  One of his main chores was keeping the archives clean as well as the ancient manuscripts maintained.  And if he wasn't mistaken, Mo Yuan would have kept the chamber in the exact order it had been the last time he was there.

Pulling scroll after scroll from the shelves which were covered in dust, he quickly filled a small crate which he then carried back to Mo Yuans chamber.  Sensing the High God would need a desk for reading and perhaps writing, Die Feng already had one prepared for him by the time he returned along with a sleeping pallet and warm bedding.  And with a separate table with tea and refreshment already waiting, he was well equipped for a long stay.

Which was just as well, because Zhe Yan had no intention of leaving Mo Yuan now.  Not after the enormous effort he had already put into getting the man this far.  Assisting him with the crate, Die Feng had another smaller desk brought in, and the scrolls neatly lined up in chronological order which was clearly marked on the seal that kept them all closed.

And while he was working quietly to add as much comfort to the chamber for Zhe Yan as he could, the overwhelming urge to ask questions regarding his Masters body and where it had been all those years had him quickly turning in his direction.  Though he knew High God Zhe Yan knew where the body was, he had never shared the information with him, nor the whereabouts of Si Yin, and being a High God, a very highly respected one, he felt unable to ask.  But with Shifus body back on Kunlun Mountain, he deserved to know.  He had spent 45,000 years searching for both of them.

Though the minute he turned, he could see that Zhe Yan was busy probing Mo Yuan again, so turning he decided to leave it until an appropriate moment presented itself.  Making his way back to the Grand Hall, he issued orders for every spare chamber to be cleaned and ready for use.  With Lord Dong Hua Di Jun due to arrive, no doubt others would too.

Deep within the recesses of his mind, Mo Yuan stilled all thoughts.  He could feel Zhe Yans energy probing, but it was distracting him, and he needed him to stop, but with no way to communicate without opening a channel, he couldn't.  For one, to do so would once again have the intruding soul on the move again, and opening the channel to communication would mean giving the intrusion the opportunity to grasp hold and with it the ability to take his mind over.
