They both looked at each other before finally opening the envelopes.

The took out the papers that were in it and unfolded it a few seconds later my mother was in tears as she saw what I got her & Ethan.

"What did you get?" Kate asked impatiently.

"She got us tickets to fly to Toronto and backstage passes for the two shows there," my mom said with a wide smile on her face.

"And a five star hotel plus a dinner at a great restaurant," I added and before I knew it my mother had me wrapped in a hug. "Thank you so much," she said.

She let go of me and Ethan also gave me a hug, thanking me. My mother smiled widely as I hugged Ethan back and Kate grinned, proudly making me almost laugh.

The rest of the day was actually pretty fun and Kate took loads of pictures of Asher, Milo & I. I posted two on Instagram and even did a picture with Ethan, Eli & Evan which also put on Instagram because it was hilarious.

Ethan leaned against his brother who fell over and Eli stumbled while I was laughing my ass off. It turned out pretty great and they were okay with me posting it.

When it got dark my mother gave Asher & Milo glow sticks and we all danced until we went home late at night. Milo fell asleep on me at some point but woke up as we decided to leave.

"Mila?" my mother called me just when I was out of the door.

"Yea?" I asked as the others already made their way back to their house.

"I wanted to ask if you want to come over tomorrow and maybe go out and eat something with me & Ethan?"

"Fine," I nodded, making her smile widely.

"Good night," she said and I waved at her before leaving.

"I can't believe you're already leaving," my mother sighed with tears in her eyes. She was right it's like I've been her for only a few days.

"I'll be back in no time," I told her but we both knew that when I have my own tour and stuff that I won't be home for longer then maybe a few weeks. Even if I have a few days off I stay home in LA and don't fly out every time.

"When will you come back?" I heard Ethan ask from behind my mother.

"That is hard to tell, actually. I just go with what Andre tells me and he's very last minutes sometimes so I'll just give you guys a call when I know," I answered, honestly.

"I'm gonna miss you."

"I'm gonna miss you, too mom."

"You guys go have fun," I added since my mother & Ethan would take a trip to Dallas to visit Ethan's family since his father's birthday was in two days and they decided to stay there for a week or two.

We said our last goodbye's before they drove off. I walked back to Kate's house and someone would pick me up in just half an hour to drive me to the airport so Kate didn't have to.

However, when I opened the door I saw Kate, crying.

"What happened?" I asked with wide eyes. Kate hugged me and started crying even more. "Grandma Irene passed away," she sobbed into my shoulder.

"What? I thought- she told me she just broke two ribs and sprained her ankle."

"I don't know, Elias said it had something to do with internal bleeding or something," she cried, making me tear up. I never lost someone because I never had anyone apart from my mother and Kate & her family in the first place. I didn't really know how to react.
