Chapter 31; Evil Monster & Coupon

It's 4:02am right now on July 23rd which means #7YearsOfOneDirection and I was not even crying in a cool way anymore (Directioners or Harry fans whatever will understand)

Anyways I wanted to update so here it is!

"Mila! You were incredible!" Andre yelled as he ran towards me before wrapping me in a hug. "I even facetimed Lauren and she cried her eyes out, Mila I was speechless."

"Thanks," I smiled and hugged him back with equal force before letting go off him.

Just like ever day after my show I went to my dressing room to calm down, drink something and just chill for a few minutes. Ellie & Lena saw my performance and hugged me, telling me I was amazing.

I didn't think everyone would freak out about me singing the song but apparently it was a big deal for everyone, including the fans out there.

"Ready?" Andrew asked as he walked into my dressing room. It's kind of gotten a routine for him to pick us up before watching Shawn's show. I nodded and we followed him to the area where Shawn's family was and the others that had watched my show as well.

Everyone told me how great I was, making me smile widely as I thanked them.

I wished Shawn's father, Manuel a Happy Birthday even though we all did this morning but I felt like I had to do it again, more personal. This morning at the breakfast table I had left early because I felt kinda depressed after they all celebrated Manny's Birthday just the day after I had mine.

I missed my mother terribly and they all seemed so happy, especially Shawn who got to celebrate with his father.

Soon, we were all singing along to Shawn's songs as he performed them with so much passion like every other show. I loved watching him perform.

After the Show we all met backstage and hang out for a while instead of driving away the second Shawn gets off stage. The moment Mike saw me he took off running towards me, making me scream in fear while laughing my ass off as I tried to escape.

"I know it was you Mila! You evil monster!" he yelled after me as I tricked him and ran back to where everyone else was. "Theo! Help me!" I yelled and he nodded, positioning himself and gesturing me to jump on his back.

I did when I reached him and Theo took off running with me laughing, hysterically.

Unfortunately, Mike caught up to us and started tickling me. I was laughing and crying at the same time, trying to get him to stop but he wouldn't budge. "Please!" I begged but he wasn't having it.

"You spray painted my drum set pink, Mila. PINK!"

Just the fact that me & Aaliyah actually did that made me laugh even harder then before. Suddenly, Mike was pushed away from Aaliyah was also laughing her ass off.

"Alright guys, calm down it's not like it doesn't look good, right Mike?" Andrew tried but Mike was still glaring at me. "Revenge Number 6. Accomplished," I took a bow and high fived Aaliyah who had helped me.

After that we all got outside and went to the bus. Fans were screaming as they saw us but we weren't allowed to go to them and take pictures.

"Hey, I was wondering if you wanted to join me in my new YouTube video. I was thinking about some kind of challenge, what do you say?" Aaliyah asked as we sat upstairs in the living room area with half of the others.

"Uhm, sure. When were you planning on filming it?" I asked her since there wasn't much time until tomorrow's show in Lisbon. "I was thinking on the six hour drive tomorrow since you're probably to tired now when we get to the hotel."

"No, it's alright we could do it today," I offered since I thought having it in a hotel room looks better. Filming something on the road was never easy because of all the bumps in the streets and stuff.

"Alright cool, I suggest we'll do it in your room or Shawn's since I'm sharing a room with my parents and they wouldn't allow me to stay awake that long," I explained, making me nod.

Wait. Shawn's room?

"Is Shawn gonna be in the video, too?" I asked, hoping so damn hard that that wouldn't be the case. "Yea, I persuaded him earlier. Well, I'm gonna think about what challenge we'll be doing. Do you prefer anything or have an idea?"

"No, just do whatever you want I'm in," I shrugged, making her nod excitedly.

When we arrived at the hotel Aaliyah told me that we'll meet in my room at 11pm before we all went to our own. I dressed into something more comfortable like a pair of yoga pants which had some lace up detail on my ankles and a casual hoodie.

It was only ten to eleven when someone knocked on my door. Without looking through the little hole, I opened the door and saw Shawn standing there, dressed in his usual black jeans and a grey long sleeves shirt.

"Uhm, you're early," I pointed out but something told me that he came early on purpose.

"I know, we have to talk. Remember?"

I sighed and let him in before closing the door. He sat down on my bed and to put some distance between us I stood by the window with my arms folded in front of my chest.

"So? Why didn't you tell us?" he asked casually.

"I already told you it was because I missed my mom and wanted her to be there," I repeated what I had said earlier. "There has to something else. You're kind of ignoring me and it's hard because we spend every single day together. So tell me what's going on maybe I can help."

"Ok well, there's nothing to say. I told you the reason and I'm not ignoring you it's just that I was a bit down spending my birthday without my mom while you have your family here, you know? It's over now anyways so drop it please."

He was silent for a minute before saying, "You could have told us, though."

"Yea, well I didn't and it's over now so no need to talk about it anymore," I said and looked out of the window, ignoring the fact that he was here, sitting on my bed and being as cute as ever. I don't know why I like him and I wish I could stop but it wasn't that easy.

"I got you something," he suddenly said, making me look at him with a raised eyebrow. "Why?" I asked curiously. "Because it was your birthday yesterday," he said like it was the most obvious thing ever.

"You didn't have to."

He handed me and envelope and I reached inside and slid out the paper that was in it. I opened it and it said

"Oh my god! Thanks so much!" I exaggerated as I jumped up and down in excitement. "No problem," he waved me off and gave me a quick hug just as someone knocked on the door.

I let Aaliyah in who had her camera and some other stuff with her.

"Alright guys, we'll be doing a make up challenge. So first of all Jamila is doing Shawn's make up and has to answer questions and then the other way around where Shawn will be doing Jamila's make up and answers question that I have found on Twitter."
