Hello you!
Just a quick little update on the Tolkien Writing Contest: The deadline was the 31st of January. That date has passed, as you can probably tell.
Only person send in their story, so I e-mailed them to ask if it would be alright if I gave others a chance to send in their stories until the end of February.
I realize that one month may have been a bit too short for some people to write something. So right now I'm going to be more active on trying to get people involved who can send in their stories.
If you know someone who likes Tolkien and likes to write: then let them know about this contest!
The same rules from the first update on this contest still apply. I did change one of the prizes. It used to be one of my drabbels handwritten by me, now it is a book from Tolkien. It is called 'Tree by Niggle'. That story is very dear to me, so that is why I changed it.
It doesn't matter where you are in the world, you can participate!
