Niall POV Y/n had been taking care of Dylan. She really loves him. I could tell that he made her feel like she had a purpose. After a week of having Dylan I asked y/n if she wanted to go baby shopping. Her whole face lit up and she said yes. So I asked her which stores she wanted to go to. Louis, y/n and I were going to go. Y/n put Dylan in his car seat and I put the stroller and wheelchair in the back of the car. I helped y/n into the car and Louis put Dylan in. We had all grown to love Dylan even if he wasn't a real baby. Once we got to the first shop I got everything out of the car. I helped y/n into the wheelchair and Louis clicked the car seat into the stroller. I pushed y/n and Louis pushed Dylan. We went into the shop and found out they were having a huge sale on baby items. This made y/n so happy. We went over to the onesies and y/n started choosing. We looked at a ton of them y/n reading off the ones she found to be super cute and I agreed with her. I really liked the one that said This isn't crying this is my soundcheck! I told y/n that we had to get that one. After we finished picking out onesies we went to look at the baby shoes and outfits. I asked Louis if he'd stay with y/n for a few minutes. He said he would. Niall: y/n I'll be right back okay? Louis going to stay with you. Louis can help you choose. Y/n: okay Niall! I left y/n and went up to the cashier at the store. Niall: Miss can I put some money on a gift card? I want to make sure my friend doesn't fight with me on paying. So I'd like to put the money on it. Cashier: of course sir how much would you like? Niall: £500 ($625) The cashier looked at me a bit shocked. Cashier: yes sir. I pay for it thank the cashier and go back to Louis and y/n. Niall: I'm back! Y/n: hi back I'm y/n! I roll my eyes at her! Niall: you're so weird! Y/n giggles. She's too cute. As I look at her I slightly see her grimace. I know that her pain meds are wearing off. Niall: How about we purchase this stuff and go grab something to eat so you can take some meds. How does that sound? And if you're still up to it we can go shopping after that. Y/n: that sounds good. Plus I want to change Dylan. What do you think of this outfit? Niall: that's super cute! He'll look great in it. I push y/n to the cashier and we put the items on the counter. The cashier rings them all up and tells me it'll be £52 ($65). Y/n tries to hand her her card and I quickly hand the cashier the gift card. Niall: it's all good love we'll use this gift card. Y/n: Niall you can't keep paying for me. I can pay for things. Niall: is it wrong of me to want to take care of you? Y/n: We can talk about this in a few minutes. Not in front of people. We finish in the shop and we put the purchases In the car except for the outfit y/n wanted to put Dylan in. We go get some food at the food court where we are away from everyone else. Y/n: ok we can finish that talk while I change Dylan. Yes I don't think you should pay for everything Niall. You should save your money. Niall: I have plenty of money. Y/n: besides you should be spoiling a girl that you like. Find some amazing girl to date and spoil her. Thank you Niall for everything you've bought me but I can't use your money any more. Niall: y/n you mean so much to me. Getting to know you this past month has been great. I know you like me. Y/n: there's no secret there. I've liked you for a long time. I've always been a Niall girl! Niall: and I love that about you. Y/n you're not like other girls. You don't like me for my money. In fact you hate it when I spend money on you. Which I find to be quite funny especially when you pout about it. You like me for me. I remember seeing a drawing you did for me that had things you love about me. And on there you only had one reference to One Direction. I remember your letter where you said that you loved One Direction because without them you wouldn't have known me. You don't like me because of my money or because I'm famous. You like me for me. Y/n I guess what I'm trying to say is would you please be my girlfriend? Y/n looked at me shocked. It took about a minute for her to respond. Y/n: there are a lot of things you'll have to deal with if you want to date me. Like I have a ton of insecurities and I have depression and ...... Niall: I don't care. We can work through all of that together. Please would you be my girlfriend. Y/n: yes Niall! I'd love to be your girlfriend. I smiled and hugged her. Y/n: this doesn't mean you're paying for everything! Niall: okay you can pay for things sometimes. Y/n: good. Y/n finished changing Dylan. Y/n: he's so cute! I love this outfit! Niall: me too!

Niall: I can't wait to see the other outfits. Y/n: can we go home now? I kinda just want to cuddle with you and Dylan for a while. Niall: that sounds great to me. We all left the food court. Louis taking charge of Dylan's stroller. Louis: you two are so cute! Both y/n and I blush. Niall: thanks Louis We load back into the car and I drive home. Once we get there we unload the car and we all go up to Dylan's room. Y/n takes out his new clothes and lays them out. Niall: they're all really cute! I kiss her on the lips. Niall: maybe later this week the boys can babysit and we can have a proper date? Y/n: I'd love that. We went downstairs to watch a movie and cuddle. Y/n's meds kicked in and she fell asleep not long after.
