(Y/N)'s POV

I paced around the waiting room while Tai, Qrow, and Summer sat patiently. Raven was in the delivery room and had been in labor for almost a full day.

Tai: "You've been pacing around for hours (Y/N). Raven is going to be fine." I turned towards Tai and gave him a stare.

(Y/N): "I'll stop when I hear she and the baby are okay."

Summer: "Worrying yourself to death isn't gonna help (Y/N)." She got up from her seat and walked over to me. Her hand rested on my shoulder. "Just take some deep breaths and have a seat with us."

(Y/N): "I'm just so worried about it all. What if there are problems with the baby? What if Raven isn't doing so well? What if-" Summer bonked me on the head and cut me short.

Summer: "Breath ya dingus. She. Will. Be. Fine." She grabbed my arm and pulled me into a chair next to the others.

Qrow: "Trust me when I say that Raven is tough. Childbirth is gonna hurt, but she'll get through it. My sister is too hard headed to say otherwise."

(Y/N): "Guess you guys are right." She and the baby we're gonna be alright. I just had to wait until it was time. A few more hours slowly passed before the double doors opened.

Doctor: "Mister (Y/N)." We all got up from our chairs and walked over to him.

(Y/N): "Is everything okay?!"

Doctor: "Everything is fine. You wife and daughter are in perfect health. Please follow me." I let out a sigh of relief as we followed the doctor to the room. He opened the door for us and we all entered.

Raven: "Hey everyone." Raven laid in the bed with a few beads of sweat across he forehead. In her arms was a small baby with strands of black hair.

(Y/N): "How are you and the baby?" I sat in the chair next to her bed and stared at them worried.

Raven: "I'm a little sore, but okay. Yang is sleeping peacefully."

Summer: "So that's her name." Summer walked to the other side of the bed and smiled at Yang. "Hi little miss Yang. It's great to finally meet you."

Qrow: "Now I have a niece." He took his flask out and took a swig. " I'm not changing her diaper ever."

Tai: "So that's my little godchild huh." Tai smiled and looked at her sleeping face.

Raven: "Here (Y/N)." She gently lifted Yang and placed her into my arms. A smile spread across my face and a few tears shed down my cheeks.

(Y/N): "Thank you Raven." I caressed Yang's cheek softly and she smiled. "For giving me another treasure to cherish."

Qrow: "I'm gonna barf."

Raven: "Shut up you idiot."

Summer: "I think it's sweet."

Tai: "This is gonna be exciting."

(Y/N): "Welcome to the world Yang (L/N)."

Timeskip - 1 1/2 Years

Yang was at Tai's house for a few days while Raven and I sorted some things out between us. She's been working so much and she barely spends time with Yang and I. It's like she doesn't even care anymore.

Raven: "I still don't see what's the problem (Y/N)."

(Y/N): "The problem is that you don't spend enough time with your family Raven. All you're worried about is your job and the importance of your company."
