💭 Answer: Epiphany

It was a feeling of overwhelming achievement and successful productivity. Being given the task in the first place was an honour but to have it be completely untouched after you'd made the final change was perplexing to you.  You were finally able to feel what it was like to have your words recognised on a track and it felt great.

What's more, you couldn't have been happier to have been able to hand it over to someone else to produce it into the very final produce. You'd spent weeks locked up in your studio, the company putting their trust in you to create the final solo track for your 2 year long project of 'Love Yourself'. You'd produced the melody and backing tune and had recorded the vocals for the member to follow as a guide.

All there was to do after that was to bring Jin to your studio to record his vocals and to remove yours, then you made all the finishing touches and revealed it to your superiors. You couldn't have dreamed of a better reaction. Bang PD had engulfed you in a warm hug, thanking you and praising you. The members were shocked, especially Yoongi. In the past he had doubted you skills in producing music, your name being removed off of some of your past tracks since he'd completely manipulated your music to fit his desire. 

But now your name would appear on a track. No one else's, just yours. The lyrics obviously reflected on loving yourself, but you had utilised it so that it ran along the lines of the sudden realisation that one must love one's self before entering a relationship because otherwise it won't work out and you'll come to realise too late.

Yoongi was proud. He hadn't shown it when he first listened to it, but later in the day he'd texted you to go to his studio because he wanted to talk. When you'd shown up, he was already waiting by the door. When you walked in he gave you a sudden hug.

"I'm sorry I didn't realise how much you've grown, I'm so proud of you Jordyn-ah. You've created a beautiful track and.. well.."

"What's up, Yoongi oppa?"

"I was hoping you'd help me write more in the future.." He scratched his neck, releasing you from the hug. You smiled widely at him.

"I'd love too!" You clapped your hands together, excited.

"Really? I was also hoping for one more thing." He sighed, his hands resting in his pockets as he looked down towards the floor. Your eyes widened at the next thing he said as he brought his deep brown orbs up to look into yours. "I want to assist you in writing your own mixtape."
