Holding Jae's small, soft hand in your's, the both of you slowly made your way through the maze of gravestones. Bangtan slowly followed behind you, each of them still holding a single rose each which they'd brought to show their respects to your father.

Beloved Husband, Father and Son

You knelt down in front of the headstone and read the message over and over again in your head. "He was a good man, Jae-yah. He would have absolutely adored you."

"You really think so?" You saw your little brother smile beside you, looking directly at the headstone as he replied.

"I might have only known him for a few years, but according to mum, he'd always wanted a little boy." You ruffled his hair and slowly set down your bouquet of roses. You gently shut your eyes, trying to recall any memories you'd held with your father, but you just couldn't. You were so young when he'd passed, that you wouldn't even be able to remember what he looked like if you hadn't seen pictures.

"We may not be blood related, and I know I never met him, but he's still a dad to me." Min-Jae sighed, placing down his white rose beside your bouquet.

"What do you mean by that?"

"Well, he would have loved me more that my real dad did, I don't even know where he is anymore. I wish I'd gotten to meet him.. It makes me miss mummy-" You didn't want him to say another word, since you knew how sensitive he could get. Instead, you wrapped him in your arms and let him sniffle on your shoulder. When he let you go, the boys walked over and placed down their flowers.

They went one by one, you felt yourself get slightly tearful at how respectful they were despite the fact they had never met your father. They gave you a smile before backing away, Min-Jae going with them. You watched softly as Taehyung scooped him into his arms for warmth.

You took a minute to be silent, you took it as some time to try and think of some of the stories your mother had told you about your father. You would wish you'd had the chance to meet him, but hoping for it wouldn't give you the power to go back in time, it would just make you more sad.

Closing your eyes, you pictured all the stories playing out in your mind. After what felt like just seconds, your eyes blinked open. You checked your wrist watch.

1:35pm..

You'd been sitting with your father for about 30 minutes now, the boys were talking to Min-Jae peacefully behind you as you recollected your memories and childhood. As you slowly got up, ready to bid your father goodbye for another long year, a gust of wind blew gracefully past you, your hair and dress fluttered in the same direction, before gently settling down how they were positioned before.

"Thanks for the hug, dad.. See you in a year."
