-This chapter is intense-
You'd just left the BigHit building. As you began to walk down the street, you couldn't help but feel like someone was watching you. Since you'd left the dorms alone to practise on your solo album, of course, you didn't have the boys with you.
The streets were dark, only the dull light of the moon that pierced it's way through the ominous clouds lit the street with a washed-out glow. Trickles of rain flew down from the bland sky, exploding onto the pavement below your feet. Wrapping your coat tighter around you, you clutched the strap of your bag. Still feeling eyes penetrating through your skull, you scanned the streets around you, finding nothing.
A few minutes later, your distance from the dorm closing in, you began to quicken your pace, although, a splash in the distance made you jump. Your movement stopped, not that you wanted it too. You dared move a muscle, the wind blowing through your ears blocked out any other noise.
Letting out a shivering sigh, you slowly set off again, a calm, yet shaky pace. Looking around in suspicious, you caught a glimpse of a dark figure duck behind a wall just a few meters behind you. 'This sh*t is too cliche to happen in real life, right? They must just be walking around at night like me.. Yeah.'
Telling yourself everything would be fine, you kept walking, feeling only slightly more confident. Although, just to make sure, you snatched another glance behind you, eyes landing straight back on the figure which was now walking freely down the street behind you. His outfit was completely black. Black hoodie, black mask, black jeans, even black shoes. As soon as he saw you looking in his direction, he lunged himself into the closest alley.
Adrenaline crashed into your veins like a wave, your walk quickening into a fast run, hoping and preying you were close enough to the dorms for him not to catch up. You reached your hands into your purse, snatching out your phone, quickly dialling in the first number you could before holding the device up to your ear.
-In The BTS Dorm-
The boys were hanging around at the dorm. The night was closing in, causing the boys to start worrying about where you were.
"Don't you think Jordyn Noona should be home by now?" Jimin asked, his body upside down on the sofa, his head hanging off the edge as he kicked his legs in the sky in boredom.
"Yeah.. It's getting late. She never stays at BigHit past 9pm, unless she calls to say she'll be in her studio all night." Hobi joined in. Putting his popcorn down, he fishes off the random bits he'd spilled down his shirt from trying to throw them in his mouth.
"Don't worry, maybe she just forgot to call. She might not be near her phone at the minute." Namjoon tried reassuring the boys from his spot at the end of the sofa, a book in his hands.
"She'd never miss out on chicken for tea. I called her a few hours ago to tell her it was getting cold, she said she would be home as soon as possible.. It's her favourite, she'd never miss it for the world." Jin sulked, his arms crossed, apron still on as he leaned against the door of the kitchen, looking over the boys in the living room.
"You're right, what if something happened to her?" Taehyung asked from beside Jimin on the sofa, most of his body was slouched behind it, his front half bent over the front.
"Don't be silly Taehyung-ah, maybe she just fell asleep." Jungkook nudged Tae, his head bent back on the pillow behind his head, looking like he was just about to fall asleep.
"Just try calling her."
"Yoongi.. You're a genius jjang jjang man bboong bboong." Jin said, rushing over to his phone.
"I know." Before Jin could dial in your number, his phone began to ring. When your face came up on the screen, he'd never been so fast to answer. Sitting down on the sofa beside Taehyung and Jungkook, he placed the phone to his ear.
"Jordyn-ah? Where are-"
"Oppa? You ha-- to help me.. So----e's following me, I can't s-- what -- looks like, but he's fol---ing me. I.." He hears you stop, the only sound coming from your side being heavy pants and footsteps. "You've g-- to help me, please.. I'm beg---g you! He's r---ing after me, I don't know how much long-- I can k--p going..-"
That's where the line cut off. Jin didn't catch half of what you were saying due to the static on your end, but he'd heard enough. Dropping his phone, he bolted towards the door without another word, completely ignoring the calls of the other members who were following him out the door.
The 7 boys ran down the street, heading towards BigHit behind Jin's lead. The boys suspected something had happened to you, since it was you who had called, and it would also fill their suspicious as to why you were so late home. They all kept an eye out for you, not slowly down for a second.
"JORDYN!!" Taehyung shouted, his deep voice echoing down the street. All the boys had sweat dripping down their foreheads, both since they were tired, and out of fear. Fear of where you were, what had happened to you, if you were alright..
Before they could run any further, Jin collapsed to the ground after feeling a light weight push him down. Looking up, his eyes widened at what he saw.
"Oppa.. Thank you.." Tears pricked at his eyes as he cradled your crying figure. You were drenched, mud stained your face and bare legs, a few scratches decorated to face after your feet had given up on you a few times, but you were ok.
The other boys were in shock. You weren't hurt, but you looked dreadful. Your clothes were slightly ripped. Your previously cute, mustard jumper was painted an ugly mold colour. The sides of your black skirt were ripped and torn, thread hanging off the seams.
Although, they had you back safe and sound. That's all that mattered to them.
