-Enjoy! This is the last of the requests that you all gave me a while back and I will resume into writing my own plots after this! Don't worry though, I will be taking requests in very soon..just not yet :)-

You never studied politics, nor did you have the slightest interest in such a complicated topic. You were trained to kill and skillfully so. You were one of the assassins belonging in the Shiganshina District. You don't remember much about your childhood, in fact, you don't remember anything from that period of time. Your boss had mentioned that he had rescued all of you from the orphanage. He had told you that you were the most unwanted people in the world, and that no-one had ever loved you. You all had no choice but to believe everything, at least that was one story that you could all hold on to, rather than just flying blind.

You sneer as you hold up the newspaper that your boss had handed out. There was an announcement about the big party being held where you were stationed, and your mission had something to do with it. You were to assassinate all the commanders and captains of the Recon Corps. The whole anarchy of leadership was something that you came to hate. Who truly had the right to stand amongst all people and tell them what they can and cannot do? The fact that you didn't get a say in your own district infuriated you. Well, at least that was what was being spread around in your whole organization. Of course, this was going to be no easy task. The security would be immensely tight and finding a breach could almost be impossible.

Luckily enough, your group had one person that could outrun and outsmart any of them by a mile. That was why you were chosen to lead this mission. You were the most precise sniper of the whole assemblage, and they intended to use you to their advantage. If you had refused to take on the job, it would be like cutting your own throat. You would be killed no matter what. Disobedience was not tolerated. You quickly suit up along with 5 other high class assassins and head towards the mansion when the sun surrenders to darkness.

It was fairly easy getting rid of the watchdogs. One shot with your silenced rifle and they all dropped dead like flies. You would have felt a nagging feeling about killing them before, but you have gotten so used to it, that now it was just like second nature. In a very short amount of time, you already had the whole place surrounded. It was oddly quiet for a party, and you felt your intuition beginning to flare up.  Nevertheless, you keep your pursuit on your targets, which were mainly two people. Erwin Smith and Levi Ackerman. The most influential and powerful leaders of the Survey Corps.

You kick open the door ready to shoot, but it seems like the people inside were prepared for you arrival. You then realize that the whole thing was just a set up to draw you all out like mice. You were all grabbed roughly and had all of your limbs bound tightly together so you couldn't escape. All the others begin to shake and blunder with fear of dying, but you grit your teeth and stay calm and collected. You look up angrily to see two figures in front of you. One was significantly shorter than the other, and had hair that was a lot more darker. There was something about him, that you couldn't quite pinpoint, it was a painfully nostalgic feeling.

That's when their men begin to place a gun against each and every one of your comrades' temples. One by one, you watched as they were killed, but you didn't feel anything. They were merely alive, and now they were dead. As one of them begins to approach you with a gun at the ready, an elegant hand stops him abruptly as he bends down to your level. He grabs your chin roughly and you are forced to look him into the eye. The dull throbbing pain in your head intensifies suddenly as you catch the color of his eyes. You quickly hiss and instantly close your eyes as images begin flashing in your head. Small catch phrases and pigments of memories that had him in them. You open your eyes again and your mouth moves almost automatically.

"Levi...?" You ask hesitantly as you watch his eyes widen for a second before hardening.

"It disgusts me that a piece of shit like you would even utter my name." He hisses.

The pain keeps going as you recognize his voice. It was just something you couldn't understand. Why do you fee like you know him so well? Your pupils dilate as you struggle to remember. That's when it hits you.

"You promised that you would remember me." You say the phrase that stops the short man in his tracks. He turns his head with disbelief as he looks into your eyes; searching for something that he would not be able to find. For a moment, his eyes shake and waver as he remembers the exact words that had been imprinted on him forever. However, you don't get your explanation as he turns around again before walking away once more.

Erwin Smith nods at the man at last, and the last thing you feel is the cold nozzle resting against your forehead, and the ear piercing shot of the gun.

-Flashback-

"Levi. What do you think the world above is like?"

"I don't know (Your Name). I need to get up there to find out."

"You're lucky that Captain Erwin is bringing you up there. I wish I could come with you."

"I know. I wish you could come with me too, but I have no choice but to go, or we will be killed."

"Hey Levi?"

"Hmm?"

"Promise to remember me."
