woah hectic

it's been so crazy with literally everything oml. I was asked to paint the backdrops for our talent competition and those are taking literally FOREVER. I told the person who asked me to do it that they'll be done by next week, but my gosh idk if that'll happen.

my living literature competition isn't close to being done and it's stressing me TF OUT. the dang frame for our set just refuses to work. ughughugh

but, my other two competitions I'm pretty confident in. I'm going into my world history teacher's class during homeroom as much as I can and she's basically teaching me the basics of everything we're supposed to learn this year. since the history competition is world history for sophomores, I've gotta know everything.

I'm also doing mixed media and that is going really well at the moment. I should have it completed by the end of this week.

so I told you all of this stuff, but the thing is, Beta state is in literally two weeks and three days. everybody's freaking out because we don't even have a campaign skit, which sucks.

but I don't really care about skit, or our candidate. because for one, our candidate has literally nothing planned out and the only reason why she got the position is because she's a junior and has seniority. one of the other candidates is a sophomore and is soooo much better at speaking, planning and organizing. she's literally had her skit and campaign planned out since nationals!
