"You want me to relax and yet you take me the monastery where I can hear your brothers whispering?" I asked, looking around the room where Cole's bed lay unmade and his desk unclean with mostly pictures of us from previous dates. Cole shrugged and waltzed over to his radio where he plugged in his MP3 player and started playing soft tunes.
"Well, the way you used to relax is by dancing. And seeing as you're wearing a boot that's bigger than Kai's ego, we can't really do that. And I wasn't about to go enter us into couple's karaoke, so this was the next best thing," he smiled.
"Standing around your room while listening to Micheal Buble plat on repeat?"
Cole rolled his eyes and wandered over to his bed, pulling the sheet back. He then walked to the light switch by the door, flicked it off, and locked the door so no one else could get in. "Sleep," he told me. "I know how much you need it, and to be honest, you fall alseep on me in, like, three minutes, tops."
"For a rock ninja you're quite comfortable," I simply said, stepping over to the bed and climbing to the left side. Cole rolled his eyes and let me get comfortable before slipping in next to me. "I am not a rock ninja. I'm an earth ninja," he corrected.
"I don't see a difference. The earth is a floating rock. Besides, can you blast water and plants from your hands? I think not. And those are elements of earth. So fight me, Cole."
Cole let out a huff of air before turning to face me. "I would fight you, but you're too cute."
"I may be cute, but I'm unpredictable. Be afraid, be very afraid."
"Okay, this isn't relaxing!"
"I thought I was supposed to be not stressing! Make up your mind!"
"Oh for goodness sake, Y/N!"
