I sat on the grass under a tree with my legs crossed, waiting for Jay to sit down next to me. He finally did and I leaned against the trunk, laying my head on Jay's shoulder. "You ever think about before? Like if we never met, what would happen?" I randomly asked. Jay shrugged, "Guess not, we have now, I wouldn't lose that for anything," he replied.
"A gentleman, true gentleman," I chuckled. "We're all alone," Jay noticed, peeping out behind the tree.
"Once in a lifetime kind of thing," I sighed. "Who cares? To live in the moment is a moment of living," he quoted, dazing into the sky.
"I have no clue what on earth that was but you know what, I could kiss you for that cute quote," I joked.
Jay grinned and when I looked back over at him he pressed my lips against his, melting into the moment.
