THAT BIKE DUDE hey
STEVEN hey athena still hasn't woke up it's been a few days now i'm worried for her what if she doesn't wake up? and if she does wake up what are we meant to tell her? "oh yeah your best friend has died and your other best friend is in shock and denial."
THAT BIKE DUDE stop thinking like that, steven. athena is a strong as hell female and you know that. she will recover from this, and she'll have all of us here to help her through it.
STEVEN she won't have abi. abi was meant to be her maid of honour. and if we ever had children, we were discussing abi being the godmother as well. she won't have spencer, not how she liked him anyway. athena liked the responsible and sensible spencer who was like her brother, but he's gone into some sort of shock or denial phase. he refuses to accept that abi's gone. he refuses to go to the funeral, whenever that is.
THAT BIKE DUDE she may not have abi here, but she has you.
STEVEN i can't replace abi. abi helped me plan the proposal. abi helped me sort out all of our shit. abi was the one who sorted out practically everything. and now she's just gone? has anybody even heard from spencer within the last few days? he hasn't come to the hospital, at all, and athena's like his sister.
THAT BIKE DUDE he's probably grieving, but no, nobody's heard anything from him. i'll check up on him later. but I'm worried about you, steve. you haven't left the hospital once. even though you've been asked by staff, you've refused every time. you're lucky that they're fans of you or else you would've been kicked out. are you even eating correctly? athena wouldn't want you like this, and you know it. she'd want you to continue being your happy and funny self.
STEVEN how am i meant to be happy when my fiancé is unconscious and could still potentially die? i don't care what anyone says, i'm not leaving. i want to be here when athena wakes up. i don't want her to be alone.
THAT BIKE DUDE athena will never be alone, steven. she will always have you. and even if she didn't have you, she'd have all of the cast. right, i'm going to check on spencer and then i'll come to the hospital. i'll bring sonequa, andy and lauren as well, along with whoever else wants to come. you might not leave the hospital, but you don't have to be alone during all of this. we're a family, remember?
