#67: How to; Mug desserts

Everyone has heard of the delicious cake in a mug recipe but how many of you have heard of the following delicious and heavenly, not to mention easy mug recipes?

Cookie in a cup

What you will need

1tbsp butter

1tbsp brown sugar

1tbsp white sugar

1tbsp vanilla essence

1 egg yolk

2tbsp chocolate chips*

a pinch of salt

1/4cup flour

Method
Step One

Add all the ingredients above in the same order as they are listed into a generously sized mug. Mix everything in well.

Step Two

Put your cup into your microwave for fifty seconds on high before removing it and enjoying.

*If you don't want to use chocolate chips, replace them with M&Ms, they will look really cool and colorful :)

Brownie in a mug

What you will need

2tbsp butter

2tbsp sugar

1tbsp brown sugar

1/4tsp vanilla extract

1 egg yolk

4tbsp flour

1tbsp cocoa powder

2tbsp chocolate chips

Method
Step One

Mix all your ingredients in a large mug.

Step Two

Put your mug into the microwave for 45 seconds. If it still isn't done then put it back in the microwave for five second bursts until it finally cooks.

Donut in a mug

What you will need

3tbsp self-raising flour

2tbsp brown sugar

1tbsp white sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 beaten egg

1 1/2tbsp milk

1tbsp oil

Method
Step One

Add all your ingredients into a cup and mix until they are combined.

Step Two

Put in the microwave for two minutes. If you feel ad though it is still not cooked out it in for another ten seconds.
