#31: How to; Loose weight - the healthy way.

{A/N: I am not in any way encouraging to stop eating or throw up, okay. You're all perfect in your own ways and to me you're all victoria's secret models no matter what size you are. This is a loooonng tutorial so prepare to strain your eyes bby.}

Okay so a problem every girl comes across no matter how skinny or fat is their weight. Even when you're looking in the mirror wearing tight jeans or short dresses and you think it makes you look fat or ugly. I think no matter how skinny you are, you'll still feel that way, well unless you've got a really high self esteem. Well this tutorial is going to hopefully help you loose some weight - no not make you victoria's secret model skinny - because you can't just become that skinny over night, you need to give it alot of time and effort. So here are some tips on what to do, what not to do, how to actually loose weight, etc.

- Just saying before I start, I can't guarantee that this will help everyone loose weight, I mean some things work better on other people because basically everyone is different in their own ways; everyone's bodies work differently and just because something makes your friend skinnier it might not make you skinny, well at the same time rate anyways. -

1. DO'S and DON'T'S

- DO'S - What to '
DO'? {do it like all zee time}

+ Believe in yourself:
DO
believe in yourself, know that you can do this. It's not really that hard when you believe in yourself, because if you think you can do it - I don't think anythings impossible.

+ Educate yourself:
DO
learn more about how to loose weight the healthy way, ask people for tips and tricks. Search for some healthy recipes. Just try to find out more about it all - {which I'd like to point out that you are doing right now (':}

+ Love your body:
DO
love your body, treat it well. Just because you're wanting to loose weight it doesn't mean you have to punish your poor body. Be nice to eat you don't have to feed it disgusting food and push it too hard. If you treat your body nicely instead of punishing it for not be as you want it too, this way it won't be half as hard to loose weight.

+ Drink water:
DO
drink a healthy amount of water - which is 8 glasses per day. Drinking water not only helps you keep healthy and hydrated but also keeps your body in shape and helps you in dieting. When your stomach is full of water it'll be easier for you to reduce food proportion sizes.

+ Reward yourself:
DO reward yourself for your constant hardwork to keep fit and healthy. It's not fair that you've been working so hard and haven't rewarded yourself enough. When you reach a certain goal like loosing 10 or 5 kgs then celebrate, reward yourself with a bit of chocolate or even better buy some new clothes!

+ Be patient:
DO wait and be patient, just wait take it slow you can do it! If you stop rushing so much and take it slowly you'll end up with much better results.

- DON'TS - WHAT TO NOT DO! {don't do - like ever}

+ Weigh Yourself Every Day:
DON'T
constantly check your weight everyday, because loosing weight is something that happens over time.

+ Cheating:
DON'T
eat junkfood when you think no one is looking just to satisfy yourself, you're doing this for yourself, so the only person you're lying to is yourself.

+ Do it all in one day:
DON'T try to loose half your weight in one day, it's impossible. Take it slowly - DON'T just stop eating for one day and over exercise yourself thinking you'll loose a lot of weight in one day, it won't work, it just ruins your health.

+ Skipping meals or throwing up:
DON'T stop eating, skip meals or throw up - these are very unhealthy attempts to make yourself skinny and might help but will also create many more problems for you. DON'T even try these things once because they might lead to eating disorders which you DON'T want.

+ Comparing yourself to others:
DON'T ever compare yourself  to another person who happens to be skinnier, or have the perfect body. NO NO NO AND NO. If you have a fitness buddy, in a fitness group or at the gym DON'T be upset or compare yourself your progress to the progress of others.

+ Doing it alone:
DON'T go alone, try find a buddy to support you through it all. Having a friend or family member's support will help you work harder.
