Everyday, many people make the mistake of choosing the wrong lip shade, fouundation shade etc, because they don't know what type of undertone they have.
Part l: Finding your undertone
Step 1: Look at your wrist.
Step 2: -If you have blue-ish veins, then voila- you have a cool undertone
-If you have green/olive then congrats- you are warm
-If your none of the above, then you are neutral
Part ll: Finding the correct foundation shade
Step 1: If you have a cool undertone tone, then you should wear more yellow-ish foundations. For example, if you were to buy a mac foundation, the NC colour range would suit you best.
Step 2: If you have a warm undertone tone, then you should wear more pink-ish foundations. For example, mac NW colour range would be best for you.
Step 3: If you are a neutral gal, then any regular foundation would be awsome! Just don't get a super orange one, ain't nobody wanting to be looking like an oompa loompa.
Tip: Blend your foundation down your neck as it will help the application look more natural and flawless.
Part lll: Finding the perfect lip shade
Step 1: Attention all coolies! (cool tones- see ehat I did there? Aye? Oh forget it...) Baby pinks, pastel colours, violets would look just asdfghjkl...Sorry no words to describe your pretty-ness!
Step 2: For all my warmies, shades that are peachy, orange, coral, orange-y reds would look wow-just wow
Step 3: If your a neutral, then you can simply rock whatever comes to mind. You have the world at your fingertips
Tip: Apply a lipliner before to ensure that it lasts all day, and add a lip gloss for more plumper lippies!
