Nijimasu x guard!reader

Can you believe it? I actually finished this one with the tiny bit of info there is about him, + some headcanons I have. Hope this seems okay?

"Again, hmm?"
You looked down at the candy you just found on your desk. Every morning you arrived at work, in building 6, there was candy on your desk. And every time it was a different kind. But who's behind it? You have no clue. You highly suspect the supervisor of building 7, Nijimasu, but there's no prove that it's him. Also, why would he go through the trouble of doing that every morning?

Sitting down on your desk chair, you took one of the sweets and put it in your mouth. Every single sweet you have received so far tasted amazing in your opinion. It was unlike any others you've ever had before working at Nanba. But, why were /you/ the one to get these every day, not knowing from who? And why? What's the reason that the mystery person gives you candy? Is it a way of flirting? Since the third day this happened, you've thought that you have a secret admirer. What else could be the reason?

"Just who keeps giving me these?" You shoved the rest of it into the upper drawer of your desk, which was filled with all the sweets from the past few weeks. You had told the other guards in your building that they could take some of it if they wanted, whenever they wanted, as you have way too much to eat all alone. But every day you got so many new ones, there's no way that drawer would ever be empty again.

At the end of the day, you decided that it was enough. Whoever gave you these, needed to know that you already figured out that they like you, so no need to continue giving you so much of this stuff every day.
'Okay, Mr. secret admirer, I get it, you like me. Will you please just tell me who you are? Or at least leave a hint? Also, please reduce the amount of candy you give me, I'm not really in the mood for a dentist appointment.'
You put the note on your desk, and left to go back to your apartment.

The next morning, you were quite surprised to see that instead of the usual pile of candy on your desk, there now was a trail of it on the floor. You began to follow it, soon finding out that it went through a big part of the building.
"Looks like somebody had too much free time..." You sighed, not even bothering to collect the candy as it was way too much to carry, "Where is this even going?"

You ended up at the front gate of building 7.
"Nijimasu... I could've known that it was you..."
You pushed the gate open, and continued your quest to find the guy who's behind this.

The trail ended before the desk of building 7's supervisor. He seemed to be busy writing something and didn't hear you coming, so you coughed to get his attention.
"Uhm... supervisor Nanairo?"
He slowly looked up from his work, greeting you with a smile.
"Hi, officer (l/n) from building 6! Please, sit down. And you can just call me by my first name if you want."
"Only if you call me by my first name as well. Else it'd be awkward."
"Alright (y/n). So what did you come for?"
You sat down in the chair in front of him.
"Isn't that obvious...? I followed the trail of candy and ended up here."
"Oh, right... the candy..."
"Yeah, so I'd like an explanation. Why do you give me some every morning?"

Nijimasu nervously looked around the room, before taking a piece of paper, scribbling something down on it and shoving it towards you.

"I give you candy because I like you, and led you here to tell you that but I'm too shy so I wrote it down." As you read it out loud, you couldn't help but giggle a little about it.
"Aw, that's cute... So you really are my secret admirer."
Glancing at Nijimasu, you found him hiding his face in his hands, most likely to prevent you from seeing him blush.

Leaning over the desk that separated you two, you removed his hands from his face, and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek.

"I... felt like doing that." You explained, sitting back in your chair.
"(y/n)?" Nijimasu took some time to find the words he was looking for, "Do you... wanna go on a date?"
You already expected this question to come next.
"A date... Sure! You've been putting so much effort in giving me candy every day for the past weeks, and then that trail of it... So the least I could do is go on a date with you. And, you're quite an interesting person, I'd like to get to know you better..."

You were no longer greeted by a pile of candy on your desk every morning, but today, something, or someone else was sitting there.
"Nijimasu...?" You immediately dropped your bag and ran towards him for a hug. After all the dates you two went on, you were kinda like best friends now. And you even developed a bit of a crush on him. But telling him about it? Nah, you dropped hints instead, which he didn't seem to get...
"Hi (y/n)! There's... something I wanna ask you." He pointed at something on the floor.
"I promise this is the last time I leave candy in your office..."
Looking at the sweets on the floor, you noticed that it spelled something.
"Will you be my girlfriend...?" Is what you read on the floor.

You stared at your crush for a moment, then proceeded to attack him with another hug, and the very first kiss on the lips.
"Yes, I will!"
You gave him a few more kisses, until he stopped you by pushing his finger against your lips.
"I'm... so glad... But I lied about it being the last time I leave candy in your office. As my girlfriend, you will get a lot more!"
"Well you better pay for my dentist appointments then, boyfriend~"

Update on 28-7-17: I've been using the wrong name.... I was supposed to use Nijimasu instead of Nanairo but I had no idea what was his first name and what was his last name...
