Hannah's POV.
-Levi, it's Hannah, please talk to me. I miss you. I know we're not allowed to see each other anymore but it's driving me crazy. Please, we haven't spoken in years. If you can, answer me as soon as possible. Thanks you x- I texted Levi. A few years ago I was told by my mum that we would never be able to see each other again but she hasn't ever told me why. I hated her since then and as soon as I could get in contact with him, I tried EVERY SINGLE DAY. I missed our friendship. I missed everything we did together. Not too long ago I started high school and I instantly clicked with a girl called Jade. We became best friends from then on but what I didn't expect was what happened almost halfway into year 7. A new boy started our school and my face dropped when I saw him. It was Levi. "L-Li? Is that you!" I asked a I moved over to him carefully. I felt tears welling up on my eye lids.
"Hannah!" We ran into each other and he picked me up and spun me round in a circle. "I've missed you so much!" He cried.
"I've missed you too! What are you doing here though?! What if our parents find out."
"Well we just make sure they don't." He smirked. Jade walked up and when they made eye contact, I saw their faces light up. "Hey, I'm Levi."
"I'm Jade." They smirked as they shook each others hand. Years past and we became much stronger as a trio. Just us three best friends. It wasn't until year 10 though that I started getting feelings for Levi. I hated myself, I didn't want to get feelings for my best friend. I hid them for a whole year when I found out that Levi and Jade had become a couple. Until year 13, I was basically third wheeling and forgotten about. Jade and I stopped talking as much as we used to and Levi and I lost complete contact again. I hadn't spoken to Jade in weeks and Levi, months so one night I decided to send him a text.
-Li, please can we start talking again? I have something really important I need to tell you... About us. Also if you can, get Jade to text or ring me as soon as. This sort of involves her too x- I didn't expect him to answer me but within a few minutes, he did.
-Look. I need to talk to you as well and I've just left Jade's house. I'm not going back I promise x- This made me think if anything bad had happened.
-What's happened. Is everything okay? X- I asked him, my hands quickly tapping the keyboard.
-I don't know. Just don't leave your house and if anyone knocks on your door, DON'T answer it x- That made me worry. He texted me again. -I'm coming to your house now, when I text you saying I'm outside, let me in. I'll be about an hour x- I didn't reply. I waited one hour, no text. Two, no text. Three, STILL no text. I started to worry so I called him. *Voicemail*
"Shit Levi! Pick up!" I said to myself. I texted Jade but received no answer from her either. That night I couldn't sleep, I couldn't stop thinking if anything bad had happened to Jade or Levi and I needed to know if they were okay at least.
Levi's POV.
I left Jade's house and slammed the door behind me. I didn't love here anymore, instead I realised what I had done to one of my best friends. What we had done. Jade and I had a big argument before I left about how we felt about each other, she could tell o acted different to the way I did at the start of our relationship but it'd been almost 3 years and I realised that we had both neglected Hannah.
"I can't do this anymore. We're done." Was the last thing I said before I left her house for good. On my way to Hannah's house I got a News update, it was headlining the breaking news stories.
WICKED is in action.
My eyes almost popped out of their sockets. "WICKED... No..." I started running to Hannah's house, texting her on my way when I got half way and was stopped by a van that pulled up on the curb. I didn't stop though even though the van began to follow me, the window rolled down and I saw a lad around the same age as me sitting in the passenger seat and I knew who it was. "Ahem... Thomas." I said blankly while not stopping or looking at him.
"Alright Levi?" I noticed him smirk. "Didn't you sign up for this?"
"No and I don't remember YOU signing up for that side of the work." He chuckled.
"Oh come on Levi. You know this is the best side." I stopped and slammed my hands on the rim of his door.
"WICKED. Really Thomas?" I shook my head in disappointment. "I didn't think you'd ever stoop this low!" He stared at me and leaned forward before saying those 3 haunting words in a horrifyingly menacing way.
"WICKED... Is... Good." The second he said that I felt myself go drowsy and a sharp pain pierce my forearm. I felt myself falling backwards and into two hench mens arms as they lifted me up and put me in the back of the van. "Paige will be pleased with this delivery." Was the last thing I heard before I blacked out.
Hannah's POV.
I felt my face collide with the cold floor and everything go completely white. I had a sudden memory of an overview of the past 6 years of my life. Even some memories of Newt's.
"I guess some memories never change..." I said to myself in my head.
