She might have to shed her disguise for this fight however. Like pretending to be Alleras, pretending to be Aegon was no game. It was a means of survival. But with the destruction of Westeros, he can't afford to be anybody but himself.

So there's a lot of different options where you can take this story, it can be AU from any season, the "doom" could be the Doom of Valyria recurring in Westeros or it could be your own spin on White Walkers -- she can go North to put her research to use against the White Walkers, she could take of leave of absence from the Citadel and go back East for Summer Islanders, she could do some pirating with her mother, etc
