Her and her sister might be polar opposites but they were both defined and influenced by their mother entirely too much. Their mother made too many too powerful enemies; everybody knew she couldn't protect them all the time from anybody and anything but that didn't stop one of her babies from getting stolen. By the time Leota's twin's found a year's passed and she's just starting to form words, far from able to say what happened to her. She's quarantined and experimented on but when it's discovered she's far from normal neither the isolation nor tests stop, the only difference's now Delta's was meant to train to hone her abilities too. Unfortunately, the lab her mother sent her to halfway across the world had other plans when she was at her most vulnerable. She's in control of her powers now, but believing she's a monster and she has no choice but to be the villain in her family's story, she has little control over her mind. When she returns to the U.S. and faces the twin who has no idea she exists in WA, chaotic Delta and self-control are so far apart they could be in different dimensions and it's hard to say if anybody can help her find herself and claim that back.

A LITTLE EXTRA : This might be my first plot w no GIFs lol it feels strange s/o to maria mask on youtube though!!

I tried not to go on and on but basically Leota's identical twin was mysteriously kidnapped and given powers -- I was imagining something super crazy like Jean Gray level but the specifics of her powers is up to you -- and she's subsequently trained to be Task Force X's villain-villain counterpart by a third party

And for anybody trying to say that twin OC of a canon character shit's tired and folks just too lazy to be original yall know damn well that shit's reserved for Nina Dobrev aint nobody using and reusing monoracial Black women on here like that -- that being said while we on topic of the doppelganger white girls Leota and Delta a little reminiscent of Sarah and Helena (Orphan Black)

Oml I almost forgot but s/o @enchanteIIa for inspiring me to finally post this!!!
