"We made the right choice" Caitlin told her self for the millionth time that day.

"Honey, your not supposed to have cold feet after the wedding" he said smiling "and we did do the right thing no matter what everyone else says"

"But what the news is saying..." she trailed off and bit her lip.

Barry kissed her shoulder "I think the bath is done and ignor the news it will die down soon"

She let out a frustrated sigh "everyone thinks I'm pregnant and we got married so our family's didn't have to deal with the scandal of a illegitimate child, everyone thinks I'm a slut becuse I broke it off with Myron then married you a few days later"

Barry brushed his fingers across her abdomen "well your not pregnant" he pulled her towards the bathroom "and your defiantly not a slut, your my wife and you married me becuase you love me and I love you, we know the truth" he said turning the bath off.

"Its been a week, we can't ignor our parents any longer" she said quietly "its just cruel"

"I know, I know... we'll go visit them tonight if you want to"

She shook her head "we both know we wont make it tonight... maybe we could go tommrow?"

"Okay" he kissed her forehead "I'll go book us a flight, then I'll come join you" he pulled down the zipper on her dress and left the bathroom.

"Theres going to be lots of yelling isnt there" Caitlin said before Barry rang the door bell.

"Yes" he replied simply "but don't worry, I've got you"

They'd called ahead and they were meeting there parents at Caitlin's house it was safe to say they were beyond nervous.

When a house keeper let them in they were lead to the living room.

The house still smelled of her father's after shave. She held Barrys hand tighter and they sat down opposite there parents who had no exspressions.

Caitlin looked at her mother was was dressed head to toe in black.

Caitlin crossed her legs and wrung her hands anxiously in her lap "we're not sorry" she blurted 

Her mother pursed her lips "of course your not, becuase your selfish" she snapped "how far along are you?"

"What-"

"We need to know if we can fix this, a baby Caitlin honestly what were you thinking?!" Carla said disappointment in her tone.

"I'm not pregant!" She exclimed "and wven if I was I wouldn't get rid of it to suit you! And I wouldn't marry Barry just becuase I was pregant! My God mum is that what you think of me?!"

"So there's no baby?" Nora asked

"There's no baby" Barry confirmed "We got married becuase we love eachother not becuase Caitlin's pregnant or becuase we wanted to piss you off"

Carla scoffed and Caitlin glared at her Carla looked pointedly at her daughter "your going to fix this"

"No" Caitlin replied flatly " there's nothing to fix"

"Your fathers Will-"

"I don't care" Caitlin said gently "we're not getting a divorce becuase it suits you and Dads dead and if being married to  Barry means you have to disown me, then disown me"

What she said suprised everyone and she stood up and walked out "Cait" Barry said going after her "stop" he reached her in the hall way and grabbed her hand "Caitlin" he said gently.
