A Smiley Face On A Dull Day (snowbarry)

"Ooooo why don't we go here?" Caitlin said pointing at the picture of  the small bakery on her phone that had been rated five stars for torest attractions.

"Ummm...sure"

Caitlin beamed at him so far they'd been to the park the museum the shopping center and to see a singing foutin that also lights up.

Caitlin had gotten him up at 5 to go sight seeing becuse of course she did she's caitlin.

It took him an hour to have the strength to get out of bed and during that time caitlin was getting ready.

They were out of the hotle by 6:30 becuse apprently they were those crazy people who were already up and about by 7am.

"Are you sure we're going the right way Google maps says we were supposed to carry on walking stright on"

"I practically grew up at this bakery I know where I'm going"

"I thought we were going to avoid places where people knew you"

"Caitlin. You've done alot for me and if you missed going to this bakery I wouldn't forgive my self because it's part of the hub city exsperence"

"I thought you said we wern't calling  it that because it sounds like the title of a cheasy Porno"

Barry laughed "yeah I did say that... we need to come up with a new name"

"...how about the CB Outing?"

"It sounds like a TV show where they talk about plants"

"Thats weird...but strangly enough I agree with you"

"Let's not name this thing ok?" Barry asked

Caitlin nodded.

They walked a for a few more minuets and when they finally reached the bakery caitlin gasped.

"Barry I think I'm dreaming or hallucinating becuse those cakes can not be real" Caitlin said staring with her mouth a gap at the glass cabinet filled with mouth watering cakes and cup cakes some with fruit on top other with multi coloured butter cream spiralled on top.

Barry laughed "I reccormend carmel cupcakes"

"This place is going to give me diabetes" caitlin mumbled reading over one of the menus.

"I'll be back in a minuet"

Barry nodded and watched as caitlin walked over to the counter.

While she was waiting in line caitlin caught a glimpse of the 'Wall of fame' for the most comman customers and the peolpe who had beaten the cupcake challenge.

She froze when she saw a picture of barry on there her barry.

He was smiling he looked happier then she'd ever seen him his and he didnt have any brokwn limbs or any fading bruises on his cheeks and he had butter cream on his face and he had an arm around a girl with peachy skin and light blond hair.

She made a note to ask barry about the woman in the photo when she got back to the table.

She ordered their cup cakes and drinks and went back to the table with the tray of food and drinks.

"Your on the wall of fame" caitlin said not bothering to ease into it

Barry winced "I thought- I hoped they would've taken that down by now"

"When was it taken?"

Barry shrugged "3 or 4 years ago I really don't remeber"

"Who's the blond woman your with in the photo?"

Barry stilled "...her name is patty. She was my girlfriend...but we ended it becuse she...Umm she cheated in me"

"I'm so sorry"

"I haven't finished yet...we found out she was pregnant she told me thr baby was mine and I was happy of course but scare to death" barry smiled at the memory. "2 months in a guy came up to me he told me his name was James and that there was a good chance that the baby my girlfriend was carrying was his...so I did the math and James was right there was a high chance the baby wasn't mine I confronted her and she told me about the affair and we broke up"

"You have really bad luck when it comes to relationships" caitlin stated before biting into her cup cake.

"You have no idea" he muttered before taking a bite into his own cupcake.

Congratulations!!! You all made it to Friday!!! This week has gone sooooo slow I've had 4 extra hours of school this week too.
