"How do I look?" Caitlin asked coming to stand by the sofa.
Barry turned his attention from the TV to caitlin and his moth went dry "oh...wow...you look really great" Barry stuttered
"Thankyou. Ronnie is taking me to some fancy resturant with a French name I cant proncence with tiny portions full of garlic that I only pretend to eat but really I just hide the food in the napkin" Caitlin babbled.
Barry laughed "then why are you even going?"
Caitlin sighed "he thinks because my family's rich and his family is rich that I like all that but I don't it bores me I don't want to have to drink wine that's sweet and bitter at the same time while the waiter stares at my chest"
"Then why are you going?" Barry asked again a little amused
"Because I'm a good girlfriend... well I'm going to prove I am by wearing a nice dress and jewellery and make up that makes me feel like a brats doll or something and I'm going to laugh at the stupid jokes and..." caitlin stopped noticing the smile on Barry's face
"Stop looking at like that...why are you looking at me like that?"
"Like what?"
"Like you can see my soul"
Barry laughed and the door bell rang caitlin opened it "hi"
"You look...nice" Ronnie greated.
'Nice' Barry mouthed shaking his head he knew no one could see him but he didn't care 'nice' wasn't a word that anyone should use to describe the way she looked because right now she looked... incredible.
"Umm...thankyou"
Ronnie leaned into to kiss her then froze.
"What?" Caitlin asked cautiously
"Its nothing. let's go"
"You can't just freeze up when your about to kiss me then brush it off" Caitlin snapped
"I promise it's nothing let's just go" Ronnie pleaded.
